All 4 tires had been slashed. I was able to have the car towed to Firestone on a Sunday. Firestone also had the replacement tires in stock at a very good price. The associates were very courteous and responded with urgency. Everything was completed within a few hours. Great service!

Best honest customer service experience. They don't try to force any additional service on you. They give you detailed information and you decide. Expect long waits because they do the job right.

I called to check if they do oil change and he said yes but he need to know something first if it’s in the Mercedes car he won’t do it then I wanted to know the price and I waited a lot on hold until call disconnected. After a few minutes I called again and told him I was over the phone with you and wanted to know the estimate for oil change and his answer was “ what’s the use of giving you the estimate price if I don’t know wether I’ll change the oil or not?!!!!!”
What kind of service that place offer, the guy over the phone was very rude.

Unprofessional and it’s hard to make an appointment. They keep changing the time of appointment.

This has become go to shop for my car maintenance needs. Shop was open on Memorial Day and accepted my towed vehicle without hassle and without I am being present in person They immediately informed me reason for car gas leak and made sure it gets repaired at earliest

Be careful when you bring your car here for any kind of services. I took my car for an alignment & I sat there watching "technician" supposed doing the alignment. Long story short he never did it! As I looked at the report & talked to the manager Danny questioning him about the report. As we looked at the report & I questioned him is there something technician did already, he told me nothing is being done. I questioned him about the "toe" which is adjustable & he told me it is ok. How can it be ok when my tires showed wear out already on one side more than the rest of the tires. Full of hypocrite people working there.
