Virginia Rodriguez has to be the most rude, passive aggressive manager I've had to deal with inside of a bank or any professional establishment. Discriminatory, rude and unprofessional. Golden 1 and their customers would be better served by removing individuals like her from positions of power when they are unfit for their role. I've filed a formal complaint with corporate against her specifically for her disgusting and discriminatory behavior inside of the Tracy branch.

I had to come by and drop a 5 star review because the ladies/manager at the front desk in Tracy, the one right across the way from Costco, they were extremely helpful and quick. Considering it was an hour before closing they still were able to help me solve the issue I had within my bank account, Gracias ladies!

In his book Managing Service Excellence, William Crutcher asked a fundamental question. He said, "What could be more important to your organization's enduring success than a solid, well-planned, and executed customer service strategy? A philosophy and culture showing customers they are important and valued are paramount to any business's success." In my opinion, Golden One has cracked the code in responding to this question. as it appears that their plan and number priority includes making every customer feel like family. These people treat my family like royalty; I believe other customers would say the same thing.If there was one word that describes my experience with them, it is consistent. Every time I enter their doors, I am greeted with big warm smiles, greetings, and inquiries about the family. I love these people, and we do feel like family!!! My needs are always met, and my experience at this establishment consistently exceeds my expectations.Maya Angelou said, "People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel."Outstanding customer service, Davien, Sandra, Olivia, and Daisy! Golden1 is my secondary bank. I use them for my friends and family who has them; when zelle and venmo wasn't a thing yet a few years ago. Anyway, I had sold a car last week & wanted to verify the cash, unfortunately there are a lot of scammers. Davien Lopez was assisting me that day. He was knowledgeable on how to spot a counterfeit, help me understand what to look for, and even said if the money machine wasn't able to read the money we'd count it out together. He was very thorough and made it feel like a real personable experience. It felt like a small town bank and I love that. After this visit, I just might make Golden1 my primary. Thanks Davien!

Absolutely the worst financial institution on the plant. My wife's father passed away four months ago. She has been trying to close the account, get funds from the account since. NOBODY at this place of business is capable of this. She has been in the location in Turlock. They lost or discarded all documentation of the transaction! Like she was never there! After many many times on the phone. Golden One is not willing to close the account and issue a check to her or the Family Trust. She is the sole trustee, executor of the trust and estate. Has power of attorney. After dealing with this, make the big banks like Well Fargo and BofA look like saints.

If it wasn't for Vijay, I don't think I would've been able to get my dream car. He made the entire car loan process so incredibly easy and took the time to explain everything in honest and comprehensible terms to me, someone who had no idea what I was doing. He was truly the light at the end of the tunnel for my hair-pulling stress filled week of dealing with mannerless car salesmen and the sudden loss of my best friend (my cat). To say the least, he went above and BEYOND his duties at his job and it was amazing to be blessed by someone who actually cares about giving the best customer service. I cannot thank him enough for his astounding work ethic and how much his goodwill was so needed in a testing time. This is exactly the kind of trustworthy person who should be working in financial customer services. Thank you so much Vijay!! I'm finally living out my Subaru traveling dream!!

never use this credit union, they go out of their way to make doing business with them impossible. i am the power of attourney for my mothers accounts yet they made me physically come in and give them a copy of the paperwork where all did was take a copy of it, every other financial institution accepted an email or a fax but not these a$#h&^%$, situation number 2 we had to move her location and the move has left her cash light right now, all i requested was a simple deferment of 1 payment on a signiture loan she because of this but once again there stupid, anti consumer rules make it impossible to do this, they rested that i fill our paperwork which had a 25 day processing time when all we needed was one month, heck even during the lockdown we never missed a payment, it always went through and was paid on time, but the one time we need any sort of assist from them they go out of their way not to. i repeat never do business with them they will find a way the screw it up and make doing business impossible now just as a cavoite i have no issue with credit unions i actually prefer them over a bank but use any other but this one, they are terrible for the consumer.

THE BEST STAFF - Friendly; Helpful and Knowledgeable. Their Customer Service is Second to None !!! I enjoy EVERY experience at the Tracy, CA Branch of the Golden 1, and I recommend them often to family and friends. I have been a Member of Golden 1 Credit Union for over 25 years and I have been to many locations. I am so lucky that this branch is in my hometown of Tracy. I am a brand new member to Golden 1. I came in for a checking and saving account. I ended up getting checking, saving, credit card, online banking and new auto. My credit card rate was super low compare to my other credit cards. I was able to get a new auto loan with a low rate as well and for the exact amount that I requested. Vijay Saini assisted me with all my needs. Super easy going and excellent customer service. Definitely went over and beyond customer service. The next day I had a some questions he answered my emails super fast. And when I called him, if he wasn't available due to him assisting another member at the branch he called me back super fast. He is also super knowledgeable. He definitely know what he is doing. He deserves recognition for him going that extra steps. Thank you Vijay Saini for assisting me in my needs. I appreciate you.

Got my first credit and debit card there. Took awhile to set up, but it was pretty quick and easy. Even my father thought that was quick. The customer service there is excellent and they have answered all my questions regarding my thoughts in credits and debit cards. I’d highly recommend beginners to start here.

This branch is great with great people but the credit union itself has gone downhill. The new app update is garbage. It won’t deposit checks. It won’t remember my user ID nor my instant balance. I’m ready to leave this credit union all together.

Rating not his particular location but Golden One in general. We, the customers, were notified of a system upgrade to its online & mobile service maybe about a month ago. It basically informed the customers of the " down time " involved and to have the user id & password handy for the new & improved online & mobile service. Fast foreword to the upgrade ... complete & utter DISASTER! Unable to log in & unable to contact customer service! Golden One was ill prepared for this disaster. Hold times to speak to customer service over 2 hrs ... & STILL WAITING! When I finally got through, by waiting over 4 hrs for a call back, "over 5000 customers were waiting in line to speak to customer service " ... & my issues were still not resolved ... TRASH!
