Went to store to see but ended buying a bed set in Sept25. Delivery in 1 week, no installation support ( promised verbally) and kept waiting for 3 weeks but no show and later told no installation as not written on receipt. We opened box and found one broken/detached part and asked for that specific part replacement or repair as I didn’t want to go thru pain of delivery and package return process
Part came after 3 months in December!!
Not going again!!

I absolutely loved my experience at Goniture in Tracy, CA! From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt genuinely welcomed. And I have to say, the delivery team was just amazing—kind, professional, careful and courteous. I’m extremely happy with my new bed and so grateful for the wonderful service. Found a listing for my perfect dining table on their Offer up page. Looked them up on Google maps and found they were nearby and gave them a call. They were able to help me place the order over the phone via text and I had a delivery scheduled.
Communication was outstanding and Hasina was very prompt in answering my texts for updates and questions. She provided top tier customer service especially when the delivery did not go as planned and the item came damaged. She was able to communicate to the manufacturer on my behalf and got a replacement ordered.
The replacement came and we had requested additional checks for both ours and the seller's peace of mind. Everything went smoothly and the delivery driver was more than accommodating.
We definitely recommend doing business here. We will be upgrading our living room and will order from here again. Thank you so much Hasina!

The lovely sales woman answered all of my questions and there was zero sales pressure. The delivery was on time and the gentleman who assembled my gorgeous vanity was professional and friendly. I highly recommend based on the quality of my product and my overall experience.

I have purchased two-bedroom ensembles from Goniture over the last five years… Both experiences were over the top with excellent customer service… They quickly responded to my questions…
They made the purchasing process extremely easy…
When my beds arrive within 4 days of purchase, the delivery team were professional and quick to assemble the beds…

Would rate a zero if I could! Went to this store the owner said that she could recommend a "high quality" sectional at competitive price. Paid $2,300 for it to have it delivered in boxes. Opened boxes and found this cheap, light as cotton chair with non-wood material. Called owner and inquired about a refund for this cheap so called furniture. One piece was already broken so we didn't open any more boxes. Owner says, sorry, no refunds. I'm like, all but two of the 13 boxes are in opened. So sorry but your receipt says no refunds. I said but you deceived us, this furniture is trash. She said, arrogantly, so sorry. DON'T waste your money!!! Thinking of going to small claims court.

Wow! What great service and prices. The owner is just great in helping and she knows your taste and what you need by just asking a couple questions. She knows design and color schemes which most places will charge extra to help you with. She kept her word and helped in every step with grace. Super helpful and highly recommended. Would give 10 stars if possible.

We bought two bedrooms sets for our teenagers. We are in home furnishing business our selves for over twenty years. We know when we see a good retail store. We cannot recommend goniture and their staff enough. Simply they are the best. We will definitely recommend them to our friends, family and clients.
