I did acrylic nails for my daughther, Very very bad service, never give suggestions what looks good or bad. Very bad quality and finishing work is also very bad. It's a totally waste of money to go there.
Cleanliness: Nails cutting is not good and and no suggestion given what looks good. My daughter even told me they are not ready to listen to her

They charged me $50 bucks for the deluxe pedicure. And was suggested to go with gel so that the polish atleast stays for 2- 4 weeks. And on day -2 the polish chipped off. Very bad quality...

Have a 4 year old do your nails and they will do a better job. Terrible manicure and pedicure. I went back and they had the nerve to not see what the issue was. Don't go here even if you're DESPERATE.

I Did not like the mani pedi. Expensive ( for the kind of job they did ) and nails are not done neatly. I got gel and the paint edges on almost all fingers are rough and the top coat extend out of main coat onto the cuticles and skin around the nail. Will not be coming back.

I when to get filling and pedicure The lady was doing my pedicure was kine a rude and she got mad beacause I didn't wanna get the most expensive Sevices .. she don't cut my toenails or scrub my feet my nails where all uneven. The lady was doing my filling was rude as well and and she lef my nails all uneven and really bad.. all they do really good is talk in their language all the time I believe is so disrespectful being taking in their language in from of costumer we don't understand what they say .. Their not professional and really bad costumer Sevices .. I highly not recomen this place ..

I had my pedicure and was in for the deluxe pedicure which costs $35. She kept telling me that my feet are dry and nothing else. I still have my callous to show. The hot paraffin helped a bit otherwise it's the worst place to get your pedicure done. Also the whole deluxe pedicure with scrub massage hot paraffin hot towel wrap with polish all was done and dusted in 30 mins. Do t waste your money here and I'm never coming back. Though they wouldn't bother as they have regulars coming to the place.Wondering what makes them come bck to this awful place.

I went for french manicure. I called before using the service, she said $25 and up but she charged me $35. I asked her how long it will stay she said 2 weeks. But my nails started chipping off in 2 days. Poor quality service.Service: Manicure

I loved my experience here. I walked in on a weekend for a full set and only had to wait a few minutes and they did such a good job, probably the best set I've gotten. My fiancé also got a manicure, and he loved it. Will definitely be coming here again.

I learned how to do my nails years ago because I got tired of paying for manicures that I had to fix at home. I am disabled now and can no longer do a full set or fill by myself so I started searching for salons in Tracy when I moved here. I have been to almost all the salons in Tracy... Hailey Nails and Spa is the most affordable. Recommeded by one of my friends. Other salons charge up to double (some places more!) for the same services and the quality isn't that much better/different in my opinion. Definitely not enough for me to pay double or more. And if I'm going to have to do some light touch up regardless, I'd rather spend less not more. The only con is they don't have as many technicians as other salons, so it's best too call before you go.
