Hampton Inn Tracy offers a mix of experiences for its guests. The check-in process is easy, and the staff is consistently noted for their friendliness and professionalism. The rooms are generally clean and comfortable, although some guests have reported issues like loose tiles and creaky carpets. The bathrooms can have noisy fans, and there is noticeable road noise from outside. Guests appreciate the decent breakfast, with some highlights including biscuits and gravy. However, opinions vary, with some finding the breakfast area underwhelming and sparsely stocked. A notable concern is the $12 parking fee, which some guests consider excessive for the suburban location. While many guests acknowledge the convenient location with restaurants and shopping nearby, some express dissatisfaction with the management's focus on additional fees. Despite mixed reviews, the hotel is seen as a safe and quiet option for those visiting the area. A unique touch to the property is a friendly cat that roams outside, which adds a bit of charm. Overall, Hampton Inn Tracy provides an average stay with some positive aspects, especially in terms of staff hospitality.
Odd self parking fees for Tracy. Will likely need updating soon.
CJ at the front desk was phenomenal helping me merge two separate reservations so I wouldn’t need to change rooms when I decided to come a day early.

Check in was quick, not the friendliest staff, no problem either. I'm not happy about all the extra fees that I was not told about... parking and free breakfast. I chose to stay here because of indoor pool. Next I'll double all extra fees before booking
