Excellent car. Excellent customer service!
Had to wait for a few mins while picking up as there were a couple customers ahead of me when I arrived at my scheduled time but the return was smooth.
Will come to this location again.

I genuinely had an amazing experience here. My car broke down outside of Tracy and my car was towed to this location. Mike and his co worker were incredibly helpful and kind. I could not have asked for a better experience. If you are in need of a rental, I highly recommend this location. Thank you for all your help!

This place SUCKS. They had me wait an hour for my car to be cleaned after the scheduled pickup time. The car was sitting there when I got there and they barely took it to be cleaned when I went to pick it up?
9/3/25 I went to drop off the car and was expecting FAST NICE service but THEY HAD ME WAIT. y’all are horrible

First off this location is understaffed or at least it was when I came to return my rental. I got to hertz at 8:30 and figured I would be out in about 20 minutes so I ordered an uber and had to cancel it and reorder one because it took 40+ minutes for what turned out to be a quick and easy check in process! The problem was they had one guy checking cars in, checking cars out, and he was so busy he completely ignored the phones because there were about 6 of us in the small lobby! I felt bad for the guy, he was doing the best he could under the circumstances. I know companies are greedy at the corporate level but this was ridiculous! I’ve been renting cars for decades and NEVER had to wait in line for 40+ minutes to return or even check one out, even at the airport! I usually go to Enterprise but thought I’d give Hertz a try because they supposedly gave a great deal through my credit card and booking.com but honestly the discount vanished in fees. I may use them again in a pinch but I think I’ll stick with Enterprise going forward.

So nice, friendly and helpful. Traveling from out of town and stuck when my car died and they were so kind and helpful. It’s so good to know nice people still exist even when you feel defeated and grumpy. Thank you

Got a rental car here, had a couple of options and took one of them. Car was clean and drove well. Return was easy.
