Jazzercise is a fun way to get your cardio and weight work in. The instructors are great and they offer several classes! It is the only exercise routine I have consistently committed to. (for over 4 years now).

This class has been a life changing experience. It works for everyone. Size or age. There are so many modifications you can do for your own workout. It's s must try!!

AWESOME is the only way to describe this center. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. All the instructors are great and they care - they really do! I worked out in may places, but this is my favorite.
