Not sure why some old reviews have issues with front desk, but my experiences with it (been going there everyday for over 2 weeks ) has been very pleasant. Technicians are all very friendly and most importantly, care about their patients. My doctor (Dr. McStay) has been very caring and knowledgeable about my dog's issues while also open to suggest other treatments even if they dont offer it. I can feel safe to have them take care of my beloved dogs.

This is just for TONYA who went far and beyond to assure me that my cat's urgent prescription went through. My old vet closed and 'supposedly' transferred my cat's info to Jules. obviously It wasn't. Everyone else put me on hold for over 20 minutes. But Tonya helped me not only set up a new account with their vet pharmacy but made sure to get an available vet to approve it once I put in a new order. She then called me to confirmed that the order would be shipped. NOW THAT'S HOW CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DONE! KUDOS TONYA!!!!!

Very reasonable and companionable staff. They took very good care of my Moody during his nueter and enucleation. They also work with Animal Rescue of Tracy and the Tracy Animal Shelter to help with the cat population in our local area. Reasonably priced. And in some cases, same day appointments.

The Veterinarians here care so much. All the staff is friendly. The doctors actually called me and the pharmacy once they were off and closed to order my dog medication over the weekend since they knew she wasn’t feeling well after her liver biopsy. They go above and beyond, in my opinion. There are other good ones, but doctor Montoya and Conolley are the ones who took care of my baby this time. They took their time that they had to be with their families or just personal time to care about my dog. The prednisone started making her slightly interested in food! By the second dose she was eating out of my hand. Slowly, but surely, she is seeming to feel better. I can’t thank them enough. (I’ve also had pleasant experiences in the past with both of my dobies and the other Veterinarians.)

We brought our beloved Pom to this clinic and never regretted making this decision. The front receptionists always greeted us with a smile, nurse Bridget is an angel! She is compassionate and empathetic. I wouldn’t forget that moment when she gave her best to explain our baby’s current state and cried while holding my baby Pom. Dr. Olson is an amazing doctor. She really did put her effort and time to explain to us regarding our baby’s condition, treatments, our options, and never failed to give us an update of our pet’s condition. Thank you so much Jules Veterinary staffs! ???

Very expensive, but good. They have one of the best groomers in the town, and their grooming prices are reasonable. I searched for several years for one that knew how to do Goldens...finally found one at Jules.

I have had very good service with Jules Veterinary Center. Both Dr Olsen and Dr Turk are great. They may be a bit pricey but I’m willing to pay that price to have such a personal relationship with not only the Doctor’s but also the staff. If your Vet doesn’t sit down with you and takes their time to explain the cause and treatment options for your beloved pet then it’s time to get a new Vet. Highly recommended Jules to everyone!

I’ve been going to this vet clinic for several years (8) never had any problems, but of course my dogs were healthy and just had shots and check ups. I like the doctors and vet techs were very nice and helpful. The front desk crew was another thing….!! Are they alive, are they even human? Will a smile or eye contact hurt you, how about “How are you today?”My little girl Chi developed congestive heart failure and was gone in 6months. I was in that office every 2 weeks for follow ups/meds/ blood work / X-rays. When I needed to get in for emergency visit they turned me away!!!! Never put me on hold to ask vet if possible to see my girl, they said find another emergency vet. We finally found a vet who would see her, but she never made it there. She died in our arms. ?Heart broken that we were treated this way!! The front desk makes or breaks a business. Even when I went to pick up her ashes they were COLD What kind of people are they? The Vet Tech in back was wonderful, very caring and took care of everything privately. I was fortunate she answered the phone when I called and she greeted me at the door and ushered me back right away. I was grateful for that. I wish I would have asked her name to give her credit. So it’s time for me to find another vet. The front desk people have to go, it seems this is the biggest complaint I see on the reviews.

Jules came very highly recommended and they have never disappointed. I've taken a number of cats there over the past couple of years and have always been very pleased, both with the quality of work and the price.

I just need to say THANK YOU to the Jules Veterinary staff for all they did for us and our fur baby. She was in distress so I called around for a vet to help us out and THEY stepped up! They told me they could see our little girl as an emergency but could fit her in tomorrow. Mind you this was our first time with them. So after I hung up they called right back immediately and told me they had a cancellation and we could come in today. From the time we arrived (which was late on my part) they still allowed us to see the doctor. EVERYONE from front end staff to the back end was nothing but professional! I am grateful for God putting you guys in our lives and will continue to use you for the other 4 dogs we have. Thank you all for everything you did to comfort us in our last hours of our dogs life. Could not have asked for a better staff to have helped us through this time. God bless! Thank you!

I can only say they Treated My 2 Canines. The Staff at times is ill prepared and the front desk staff sometimes can make you feel as if they are disinterested in your feelings for your Furbabies. You only see Technicians and Hardly ever a Doctor at each visit. Which is frustrating because the prices being charged should give access to a Doctor each time.Animals are people too! Their Persons should be respected also and get a Doctor in those appointments.

I was told, by several of my friends & family members, that this would be the best vet to take my new pet in town to. From the very beginning I have had a negative experience there. I’m new to owning any sort of pet and had questions. I was willing to pay top dollar for every little thing- including his evaluation. When I asked the Doctor if my pet was a specific cat breed, she looked up at me, didn’t answer my question, then said she had no idea what I was saying and said my pet looked like something else. She continued to always pause & give me a strange look before answering any of my questions and gave me a look as if I was asking something wrong? These were simple questions like how old he looks like? Etc. I was disturbed and went home talking about my experience- everybody agreed it was weird but it might have just been an off day. OK. It then came to the time my cat now needed to get neutered and everything initially went well until pick up came around. My cat came home licking the point of surgery intensely so I then called asking why he didnt receive a cone if he wouldn’t stop licking himself? They then told me cats don’t tend to lick themselves after surgery so they didn’t think it was necessary, but my cat was clearly licking it, none-stop. I asked if anybody was monitoring him after his surgery and she then put me on a 20 minutes hold. I began driving back to Jules and was 2 mins away when they finally told me to come pick up a cone. Now when I arrive they’re already defensive that I’m upset he doesn’t have a cone and could risk infection? Like what kind of vet customer service is this? Seriously ? The receptionist then goes on to tell me it’ll be an extra $20 and I’m so close to losing it at this point and ask them why none of this was disclosed to begin with and why I would still be charged after having to inconveniently drive back there to get something that animals need after a surgery anyways? The guy then proceeds to respond, “This is typical, is this your first pet?” DOES THAT MATTER ? Clearly it is and clearly you guys expect everybody to be animal experts or something at this point. I was left baffled by such an insensitive question and quietly had to gather myself before responding that it didn’t matter and it was the fact that none of this had been disclosed to me and I was extremely confused. I told my friends about it and we won’t be bringing our pets there anymore. Save yourself the time and money. Forbid my cat ends up with an infection. I will completely lose my mind by this emotional trauma. Very displeased, disappointed and horrified that I left my cat with these people.

I think the care of the animals was great. Expensive. $660 for labs and a UTI diagnosis. However, after I was told to come and pick up my pet, I waited a half hour after paying. They said my pet would be right out with the medication. No one even looked at me. Where is my baby? Where are the meds? and can I get my pet and get out of here? They had no issues promptly taking payment, but forgot everything after that. Too much.
