I walked in without a previous order ! I was attended by Jimmy he was great he provided me an excellent customer service efficient clear on his response for my order ! Way to go Jimmy ! Your customer service went beyond my explanation !!!

WOW! Little Caesars does not get the credit it deserves!!They have really stepped up their game! 3 pizzas (1 being a custom deep dish), crazy bread combo, and a few sauces, total was just under $50!!! Pizzas had wayyyy more toppings than Domino's (even when I order extra toppings!)Pizzas were fresh and delicious, for budget friendly pizza. Kids loved it!!Be warned they have the WORST parking lot in the world! But friendly and helpful employees, and customers were cool too!Parking: Very small square parking lot with parking only around the perimeter.

Food is delicious and hot. Service is chaotic if your not picking up from the portal you will be waiting around for a while. Parking is the worst. Small lot and always busy, squeezing by the next car.

Can’t even get a phone order right. Ordered cheese for my wife who doesn’t eat meat and I get home and of course it’s pepperoni. The girl who messed up my order was Angels by the way.

Second time I have had an issue with this little Caesars, last to me I let it slide because I did not want to rant about them messing up my order and making me wait 25 more minutes for them to make me a new order. But now I decided to order from the Tracy location again because I was intrigued with the perfect match promo that gives you a two topping thin crust pizza with a special pineapple Pepsi for 9.99. So of course the pizza was not done on time, was 15 minutes past promise time but I can deal with that. But now the problem that occured was the pineapple Pepsi deal witch they did not even give me the promo soda and I ask the counter and the gentleman tells me we do don't have it , and then says nothing. So I ask what do I do about my sodas and just tells me to grab whatever soda. My problem is that Little Caesar's keeps offering this promo and this location never seems to have the promos available and does not care to inform you that they do not have it. This Tracy location always seems to have bad service and nobody at the front to help customers, I would advise anyone who wants pizza to avoid this location, or take a drive to Patterson if you really want Little Caesar's because they are way nicer and get your orders correct. Hope this review helps.
