This was an small or less collections compared to Pleasanton Macy's but have good new collections no backstage here.

Very messy, the workers are always harassing people over opening a credit card. Coupons never work. No one is on the floor to assist.
The security lady is a punk, always staring at customers. Can’t shop around without feeling watched. A bad aura to the store. Doesn’t feel welcoming at all.

Though many years ago this store would have been rated a 5, nowadays not so much. Their selection and sizing is scarce and limited. Visual displays are a thing of the past I suppose and it's really hard to tell who their target audience is. Finding an employee outside of the registers was difficult, but not their fault as the mall itself is rather empty. Who you did find was pleasant and seemed to go out of their way for a nice experience given their limited resources. The MAC counter though is their shining star here and as you'd expect, that's where you'll find the exceptional service from some genuine gals who really love what they do ❤️

It was a single floor , not much of a selection , it felt like a Nordstrom rack .Very little choice on merchandise. Although , more dedicated center stage make-up department . Mostly, what could be a rejected item was placed in this store . Would have bin better naming it Macy's Rack . Staff was so limited and short . Not their fault .

I did a lot of Christmas shopping at Macy’s this year. The ladies at the cologne and perfume counters were extremely helpful. Did not get annoyed when asked over and over by many customers the exact same questions. Service was also speedy. I find this a little bit rare in today’s world where most in the service industry seem to care less whether you are there or not. Good job Macy’s in Tracy.

I have been on the phone for a while now. Trying to talk to anyone who works at this Macy's in Tracy. No one picks up the phone and I have tried several extensions. What kind of customer service is this. We purchased a set of pots and pans and 2 items are missing .

Ordered colognes online for Christmas gifts this year. Came in earlier than expected. Wish there was a option for wrapping gifts for even a additional cost. Love coming here and looking around. I do want to mention there was a abandoned modular home in one of the three parking lots out of the blue. The modular home was old and torn apart and not sure why it was present their.
