Apparently walk ins are not that all welcome. I only wanted my acrylics off but it looks so unfinished and not even polished. She rushed it and i could've just left to find somewhere else that'll do it better. I thought she'll clean it off or smt and file my nails, but she didn't. I am always willing to pay more for my nails anyway and even tip but I just wasted $10 for something I could've done myself. So disappointing.

The way I was treated was terrible. I came to get pedicure and I ask her nicely to make it square then she stop my massager which is rude, she could ask me to stop it. Then I ask nicely again for more square shape “ I already did” with a nasty tone and then starts talking about me to her coworkers. I felt so embarrassed and disrespected.

Stopped by the salon cause it was in a convenient location. Will never be returning. The salon itself was so warm I was sweating. They didn’t ask what kind of pedicure I wanted. The male tech that did my pedicure didn’t say one word to me and was already putting nail polish on my toes after 15 minutes. The pedicure itself was extremely rushed and I got zero massage with it. When asked they said it came with “very little” massage but they didn’t even put lotion on my legs. He then had to remove part of my polish and redo it because he swiped a bag across them before they were dry. I got home and look at my toes and there’s a huge line at the bottom of my toe where he had to redo my polish. The gel manicure was not great either. There are visible brush strokes in my thumb that I did not have time to get fixed. Overall I do not recommend this salon and will not be returning.

This is the second time I've come here and the absolute last. The first time the female tech who filed off my gel nails was rough and also took too much skin off when cutting my cuticles and caused me to bleed. I thought this was a one time error but no... I went in recently for a gel pedicure. The male tech with tattoos had little to no English and honestly I don't think he had his tech license because he did a lazy/poor job on my pedicure. half my toes were cleaned properly, he barely swiped the file over my nails and he also painted my nails the wrong white color. I think he chose any white he could find. my pedicure was quick and not worth the money. Not professional and I won't be coming back

I love this nail shop. I always get in when I call. Selina is the best. They all do great pedicures. Salon is remodeled and feels clean. It's quiet and relaxing and best prices in town. Best thing is to make an appointment

They are in a rush. It was too quick. And gel polish didn't stay even a week. May be the quality!! Very disappointed!!

After my grandmother's hair appointment we went to her mani-pedi appointment (a couple doors down, so convenient!). I love how bright the space is! My Grandma says how this place is always busy when she comes and it definitely was today. They treated those with appointments and last-minute walk-ins with a smile. I got to chat with one of my grandmother's usual manicurists, Monica, very sweet! I was super comfy in one of their front chairs waiting and didn't plan on getting my nails done; but Monica asked if I would be interested in getting a pedicure, and after her reassuring me that they could take me right then and had a pair of disposable flip flops for me to wear afterwards I agreed. Thank you, Llin, for my pedicure (I'd take a pic but I didn't shave lol)! And thank you, 💓Monica and Tony💓, for taking excellent care of my Grandma😊💐 and many thanks to the lovely owner, Stephanie, for the atmosphere of warmth, kindness, and generosity you've established in this space between your staff and your clients💐💓😊

This salon is welcoming and relaxing. Everyone is polite and professional. I had the best pedicure I’ve ever had and my fingernails were perfectly done. The work is meticulous and lasts for weeks. You t is a pleasure to come here.

Pathetic!! The owner/manager in-house
Stephanie is very rude!!
One of the most disgusting services in terms of managing clients. They did my pedicure and went for another client without informing me about my manicure which they agreed to do upon arrival. When asked they said I will have to wait for manicure for an hour as the nail stylist got busy with a client that came after me. Stephanie did not have the courtesy to pacify the situation instead argued and demeaned me.
Will never come back again!!

I have a skin condition on my hands and was scared to get a manicure but Monica was so kind and she made me feel really welcome. She said she could work around it and was extremely kind. I felt like I was with a friends .

I called today knowing it was last minute for a fill and gel pedicure, and they were able to take me towards the end of the evening and even though my pedicure and nails were going to go past their business hours they didn't mind. The owner, Stephanie, was absolutely amazing and sweet, and we had the best conversation i highly recommend them for all you nail needs and my nails look beautiful! Thank you so much for not making me feel rushed at the end of the day, and for allowing me some quality me time!

Jenny did my nails (dip) several times and I have never had my nails last as well and stay so nice. Monica also does a good job on (dip) nails. Customer service here has always been wonderful! I always make an appointment and they have me seen within 5 minutes of my scheduled time.
