I had a great experience with Tyron, the sales manager, I walked in and told him what kind of mattress I needed. He walked me through all the mattresses that are best for side and back sleepers and within 30 minutes I was out of the store with a nice mattress. The mattress was to be delivered next day, however I wasn’t available, so it got delivered the day after. I also had bought an adjustable base, the delivery team did not bring the correct base, but was courteous to call the store to notify that I wasn’t satisfied with the base. I also called Ty and he was willing to help; said he would call other stores and let me know. I’m waiting on the call but I’m sure he will call. The mattress is medium firm, I haven’t slept on it for more than a month but I’m liking it so far. Will come back for another review if things change.

Great service!! The new store manager ty was so thorough and straight to point, while also being lovely to talk to and understandable, would definitely recommend! We got three queen beds, and 3 bed stands for a very great price!:)

Hands down best customer service around. Not only did they help find a mattress that me and my wife agreed on but they got us next day delivery and some really quality pillows. The memorial day sale kept the price very affordable as well. When you go ask for UNK!!! He will take care of you!!
