Naya was great explaining all options available & going into details. It was very helpful to me to know all the detail in order to be able to choose the right mattress. I tried the mattress, didn’t like the feel & the softness of the mattress. I am l looking for a firm mattress with a soft pillow top. Talked to Naya again and I was advised to go to the Brentwood store to reselect and exchange the one I have with another mattress to my liking. I was satisfied and will go soon to replace the current mattress.

We worked with Robert at the Tracy store near Hone Depot. He was very patient, answered all our questions, handled the kids (boys, 7 and 8 yrs old) very well, and didn’t push us when we told him we were going to think about it and get back to him. Which we did the next evening and finalized our purchase.

Robert helped me out alot today, choosing the best mattress for my bad hip and comfort. Well knowledgeable and accommodating. Only downfall is that I have to wait for a week until it's delivered.

I had an excellent experience with employee Eric. Originally we went in with a certain mattress in mind and he helped us look at a couple different options due to the way we slept. I never once felt like I was being sold a mattress so he could make money but rather so he genuinely was trying to put me in a better mattress. I’m extremely thankful for his professionalism and I’m super excited for our new mattress and adjustable frame.
