He explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy. The store manager, William also stepped in with helpful advice while Brandon was with another customer. We never felt rushed or ignored.

We were able to take advantage of the Black Friday deals and getting next-day delivery was a huge plus! Overall, a smooth and positive experience. We left feeling good about our choice and would definitely recommend this location to friends and family.”

“I had a great experience with Tyron, the sales manager, I walked in and told him what kind of mattress I needed. He walked me through all the mattresses that are best for side and back sleepers and within 30 minutes I was out of the store with a nice mattress. The mattress was to be delivered next day, however I wasn’t available, so it got delivered the day after. I also had bought an adjustable base, the delivery team did not bring the correct base, but was courteous to call the store to notify that I wasn’t satisfied with the base. I also called Ty and he was willing to help; said he would call other stores and let me know. I’m waiting on the call but I’m sure he will call. The mattress is medium firm, I haven’t slept on it for more than a month but I’m liking it so far. Will come back for another review if things change.”
