Tiffany AND Joslyn were phenomenal. They greeted me, explained what was dairy free and gave me a few sample cups. I then stayed there and visited with them as I ate my yogurt. I had the Hershey’s Yogurt and it definitely tasted like Hershey. They also explain that they’re very involved in community with fundraisers Coloring contest. You can also have a personalized cake made there with your choice of yogurt, syrups and toppings. National frozen yogurt day is in a few days and they have a BOGO special. I might just come. But again the customer service was phenomenal, heartfelt and more. It was worth the long drive in the rain. Good job ladies!! ????

I liked the variety of flavors including ones I usually don't see like cinnamon bun and coconut. The venue was clean and had plenty of space. I loved that they are open till 10pm even on weeks days to help with random frozen yoghurt cravings .

Love that they give free yogurt regular size with toppings for vets on veterans day. I love the froyo here, always have. The worker's are super friendly. My baby loves the Tart yogurt. Many gluten free options to choose from as well. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

I am so disappointed with this location! We walked in along with other customers. Filled our cups of yogurt to the fullest. As we were filling our cups the young ladies at the register were going back and forth on the phone with the boss or manager explaining to him that their card system went down. This boss could not even guide them or help the young woman through anything, they were practically panicking! Here you had a long line of customers waiting in Menchie's to pay for their yogurts. Without the young woman explaining to the customers before they waisted our time in filling our cups they continued to argue with one another on what to do. The boss/manager on the other side of the line was clearly unprofessional. This so called owner/boss asked these young woman at the register to ask all the customers to put their yogurts in the freezer. The customers asked the young woman "can we just weigh our yogurts and charge us when the owner makes his way" The young woman looked at one another in confusion and called the boss once again, he said over again that he will be there in 5 or 10 minutes and asked the customers again to freeze their yogurts!! By that time our yogurts will turn into soup puddles that are frozen! This in not ice cream! It's yogurt! It doesn't hold up!! The boss to this location has no leadership skills whatsoever and shouldn't be running this location! It's not something a respectable business manager/owner or leader would (or should) do. Instead he would rather trash the yogurt and make customers unhappy! The young woman asked every customer to toss their yogurts in the trash! Instead of charging us, holding our receipts until their boss shows up at his convenience. We could have sat in there and enjoyed our yogurts. My kids and I tossed all of our yogurts in the trash along with other customers. We will never go back to this unprofessional Menchie's location ever again. Sadly this is the only location in the Mountain House, Tracy area. The experience was very bad. This tells you so much about the people running this place. They would rather throw the yogurt in the trash before they accommodate you! All they had to do was print out receipts for all the customers until the problem was solved. The boss and the service was clearly the problem here. What a mess of a location!

For the yogurt I will give 5 stars, for service I will give 5 stars, but for advertisements I will give 0 star. I brought my son for a treat for his bday, on their cup it says free froyo whatever that is if its your bday. So we ask for it, then they said you need to download the app and register. So we did that, and then after they said you need to be 13 years old to qualify. My son is only 8 years old. They are giving false hope to innocent kids. I can afford to buy it, but the point is their fooling customers.

I buy ALL my ice cream cakes from this Menchie's! I'm always very pleased with the owners and ordering custom cakes from them. They are amazing!

This spot gets petty packed! I believe it's the only frozen yogurt/ice cream spot in town... it'll be nice if there was another one but for now, this location is located at the perfect spot in town. The machines are always available I don't think I've seen any unavailable machines -which says a lot. Great job. The toppings were dispensed neatly & clean. There's plenty room for a big family ... I liked how they are now serving Dole Whip so that's a plus. See you guys next time

As you can tell I forgot to take a picture of my Menchie's before I scarfed it down! This place is always awesome. Never a miss, always a hit. The staff are always friendly and the store is kept nice and clean! I remember the day they first opened, I knew Tracy had something special. These kinda chains are awesome to support because you can see the local family that owns it all the time. It just so happens to be my 4th grade teacher! Haven't seen her around but I'll definitely be back to find out. Oh yeah needless to say the fro yo is awesome! I always get the cake batter with peanut m&m's, rainbow sprinkles, cheesecake bites, brownie squares, and some caramel on top. Just wonderful!

The yogurt is ok the only thing I didn’t like is that they don’t accept any dollar bill over 20 dollars store policy. So if you have a 50 or 100 dollar bill and no card good luck. They prefer to throw the yogurt away than to break a bill over 20 dollars. Literally that’s what one of the employees did to my family when I went there and I didn’t have anything smaller than a 20 dollar bill.
