After filing a request to jump start my car with my insurance provider, Sami contacted me promptly to alert me he was on his way, and arrived shortly thereafter to take care of the problem. He was very polite and efficient, so I can greatly recommend Metro Towing and Sami in particular.

Metro Towing was called by Tesla road service to have my MX towed from my home to nearest Tesla dealership. I was given 1 hour estimated time but Juan (tow truck driver) arrived earlier. He was very kind and professional. Received a message after car was dropped at dealership. Highly recommended!

Popped a tire on the way down from Sac. Ramzi from metro towing was out within 20 minutes. He had such a friendly/joyous energy that, combined with the quick service, getting off the road and getting a new tire was hardly even an inconvenience as much as a break from driving!
