Everything was outstanding until we were told we could not take the cart outside. Had to make 2 trips to the car. It was quite awkward after a fun shopping experience.

Just left Michael's of Tracy after waiting 15 minutes at the framing counter for assistance. At 5 mins in I walked to front of store to ask if someone could help me and the other 2 customers at the framing desk. Polite young lady said sure let me get someone for you. After another 10 mins I actually called the store to ask again (didn't want to lose my spot) only to be told the solo framer was on lunch and the young lady had no idea when that person would be back. Disappointing at best... understandable that that person gets lunch... but maybe a heads up 10 mins ago when I first inquired...? Asking too much I guess. Well I've been a long time customer... but I'll spend my money elsewhere.

I'd place an order online for curbside pick up. When I check my order, it was a wrong item. When I turn my head the Asian lady is gone. I call the store so many times. Ring once then cut off. They probably knows that wrong item was given to me. And probably know I was the one calling and they don't want to answer. I will give NEGATIVE 5 for this store.

I place an order online and curbside pick up at Grant rd in Tracy. I was given a wrong item. When I'm still in the parking lot, been calling the store so many times, it ring once the cut off. I know they can see me at the parking . The Asian lady who drop the item probably knows she gave the wrong item might be the reason why they don't pick up my call. I will give negative 5 for Tracy location.
