They always have a lot of beautiful things here, especially for the holidays. They sell delightful decor, gifts, kids and babies clothes, and more! The ladies who work here are personable and attentive.

I booked this appointment from Washington as I was here for my daughters wedding. Nena was my stylist and she was fantastic. She was on time, professional, nice and did an amazing blow-out. I highly recommend and will def book her every time I'm in town.

Amanda Jones is the best hairstylist I've had hands down! I've been going to her since I was right out of highschool. I was so happy to see she was back in Tracy!! She does the absolute best blonde and ensure the integrity of your hair. I've never had a healthier blonde from anyone else.

I want to start off with saying that I am writing this review for a stylist & not the salon as a whole. I can't speak for the other stylists in the salon as I never worked with them and I don't want this review to reflect them. I have gone back and forth for a while now on whether or not I was going to say anything, but the absolute lack of professionalism, lack of respect, frankly just the whole situation is not okay & I don't want anyone to end up in the boat I currently find myself in. I worked with Whitnee Peterson (Davis) for 5+ years. I am someone who is rather particular with who I trust with my hair. Getting my hair done is the one self care thing on a regular basis & the one thing I spoil myself with. With that being said I am overtly loyal to the person I have found I can trust fully with my hair, I have had a total of three stylists since I was 18. I was very grateful to have found Whitnee our personalities matched & she heard what I said. I felt comfortable very quickly (even ending up being both my mom and grandma to see her). While I always left the salon comfortable & happy with my color (and occasional trim), her unprofessionalism as grown more and more over the years. Life happens, we all know that, cancelled appointments are apart of life it's not the end of the world. I have always been sympathetic & understanding with my appointments being canceled. Even when they were last minute cancellations because she decided to go camping at the last moment. Every appointment I have has in the last year has had to be rescheduled for one reason or another, generally 48-24 hrs prior (some times less). There are valid reasons for canceling appointments getting sick or car trouble. There are also extremely unprofessional reasons deciding to go out of town at the last minute, removing one appointment to accommodate another. My last three appointments were canceled 2 vailed & 1 not. I have always been understanding and patient with cancellations because I trusted Whitnee, she's a good stylist. This last cancellation was never rescheduled, I reached out several times when I saw she was posting recent styles she had done. I never received a response, I've been ghosted many times over the years but never by someone I was paying to see. It's hurtful, you build a relationship with your stylist, you become friends & to just be thrown to the curb is hurtful. I now am in the process of trying to find a new stylist & not finding myself as comfortable with being me because my hair isn't right. Being ghosted like that took a lot of self confidence from me.
