“We had a phone emergency and Boost and Donna hooked us up. My son and his wife made a payment arrangement with their provider and their phones were turned off anyway. They would not reinstate the account. My son and I went in to this store and got the best service possible. Donna was able to contact the other carrier and was able to port their phone numbers to the new service. They also got two free phones! The service is great and they love their phones. At a third of the price each month. Thank you Donna for all your hard work!”

“Took my iPad yesterday to replace the screen and they gave me different options to pick from different quality’s. I chose the original apple screen since it comes with warranty and was actually cheaper than other shops who didn’t offer me any different options. They finished in one day and the iPad looks brand new !! Awesome work and great customer service!”

“Had the best experience at this Verizon store. My issue was my calls dropping. The salesperson or I guess I should say customer service person, was very helpful she was very knowledgeable able to solve my problem quickly and with a friendly manner. I felt will served taken care of and my problem was solved. No more dropped calls! Sorry to see others have not had that experience but for me, outstanding customer service and the store is quiet enough that at least, while I was there, I was the only customer in the store. Much easier to get service than some of the other stores in town that are just simply smaller and have more foot traffic at least in the mid-afternoon on a weekday.”
