“All the gentleman that I Interacted with at my local Verizon store on 11th st. were absolutely Amazing. Alex, Devin, and Faisal were very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional.They were willing to spend the time to make sure that you were comfortable about your purchase.They answered all my questions and never felt pressured to buy if I didn't want to. I even got a close friend to upgrade her phone and she experienced the same thing as I did. I would highly recommend this place.

They were super patient with us, gave thorough answers to the questions we had, and even explained everything in Spanish for my mom to understand too. I'm writing this review after a few months of service with Cricket and I can say we are getting the same coverage as before for a much better price now!”
“Had issues with my phone not ringing or call log showing calls. Alex was very helpful checking all things pertaining to volume, etc. He eventually saved contacts, memos, pictures on data chip. He called Metro to have my number suspended for a few minutes & then turned account back on & reloaded the chip info & everything worked correctly again. Saved me from having to get a new phone saving me money. He must have spent 45 minutes, maybe longer working on this for me!”

“June 21st 2026 I just switched from Metro to T-Mobile recently. So naturally like a lot of us do, I looked at the reviews for this location. And I have to say a lot of the reviews were kind of bad. I went in with a problem that I created, and I was helped by 2 angels in T-Mobile clothing. Vanessa & Jesus ❤ ❤ I can't express how nice and patient they were with me, even tho my feathers were a bit ruffled, I was frustrated. So, friends maybe go check them out...”
