“June 21st 2026 I just switched from Metro to T-Mobile recently. So naturally like a lot of us do, I looked at the reviews for this location. And I have to say a lot of the reviews were kind of bad. I went in with a problem that I created, and I was helped by 2 angels in T-Mobile clothing. Vanessa & Jesus ❤ ❤ I can't express how nice and patient they were with me, even tho my feathers were a bit ruffled, I was frustrated. So, friends maybe go check them out...”
“Donna!!!! Thank you. I went in yesterday to get a new phone line with the last of my money. Due to theft, I was a couple of dollars short and with her own money she helped with the rest, talk about customer service!!! Thank you so much!!!”
“I recently came into this cricket location and left impressed with their customer service. I was helped in a kind and professional manner by all of the employees especially Reyna. I will definitely continue coming back to this location for any services I may need.”
“Maricarmen and Adamaris were very kind when I wanted to port my number over ! They were busy and had everything and everyone under control and were also kind to the rest of the customers definitely recommend these two girls!”
“Great experience! They fixed my phone very quickly, and everyone was so friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable, especially compared to other places I checked. I really appreciate the fast service and great customer service. I would definitely go back and recommend them to others!”
“The store manager, Ernesto of the AT&T store in the Tracy mall Is truly the best AT&T cellular employee that I have ever dealt with. He not only saved my phone number that was impossible to save that I’ve had for over 25 years, but he was bringing me water and being a true friend the entire time! There truly is no words to describe the appreciation I have for Ernesto, He truly loves what he does and is a super nice guy!!
10 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For Ernesto!”
“I had an excellent experience with King phone repair in Tracy, they quickly fixed my iPhone lcd in 30 minutes with outstanding, Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“Sameer was great!! I had so many issues at the Modesto location and Sameer and Anthony were able to help me out to get situated. If you guys need anything go to this store!! Amazing customer service!”
“Had issues with my phone not ringing or call log showing calls. Alex was very helpful checking all things pertaining to volume, etc. He eventually saved contacts, memos, pictures on data chip. He called Metro to have my number suspended for a few minutes & then turned account back on & reloaded the chip info & everything worked correctly again. Saved me from having to get a new phone saving me money. He must have spent 45 minutes, maybe longer working on this for me!”

“Johnny and Christy helps us transfer from another carrier. They were super patient with us, gave thorough answers to the questions we had, and even explained everything in Spanish for my mom to understand too. I'm writing this review after a few months of service with Cricket and I can say we are getting the same coverage as before for a much better price now!”
