If I could I would give this place 10 stars! Today was my first visit here, and I had the owner Latoya fix my extensions, she was so sweet and made me so comfortable!! She did an amazing job, and I felt absolutely beautiful when I left!! Everyone there were very nice, and the place is gorgeous inside and offer so many service's! I will definitely be using this as my go to salon for everything?❤️

Everyone there is super sweet and makes you feel really welcome! My hairdresser was very kind and gave me exactly what I wanted if not better. Overral experience was amazing and definitely will go back.

Christina and everyone there has been wonderful as always. Every time I come in to get my hair done, they always make sure I leave with satisfaction. Christina made sure that my hair didn’t look how it did before I entered the salon. She was very gentle and made sure to ask if I was doing fine. I felt welcomed and comfortable there. Fabulous customer service.

Ashley is amazing! I have super thick natural hair but by the end of my service my hair felt healthy with shine, volume, and style. I left Mood feeling amazing and so excited to know that there’s someone in the area who has such gifted hands. Thank you Ashley!Services: Hair straightening

Tbh I loved the service. However, I feel it’s a bit pricey for me, and the gel manicure did not even last for more than 10 days. I have had gel manicures that lasted for 3+ weeks. But again, the staff is great and the service is really good. Clean, hygienic, positive environment.

LaToya and the Ladies at Mood on 10th are wonderful. Their blowout package is such a great deal and has changed my life. Once a week I get my hair washed and blown out…. and it’s one less thing I have to worry about for the week. The salon is clean, has a great boutique area, and is welcoming. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and happy. So glad I found this gem!!!Looking forward to trying their manicure/pedicure services next. I hear great things.Services: Blowouts

My daughter-in-law, granddaughter and myself had our hair and makeup done for wedding and the service was over the top and results were amazing. The owner, Laytoya knows her business!! Can't thank her and her crew enough for making our day perfect!!!Services: Eyelash extensions

Schedule appointment for my kid to get perms for 1.00 pm , salon called me at 12:45 that stylist running 30 min late while my husband and kid was already in salon parking lot. Told them to come back at 1:30 ok when they went back at 1:30 they got told by salon that it’s going to be another 40 min , didn’t even use the service my husband left because he had to go to work. Advice only schedule appointments that you guys can take it . Don’t make clients run around. Poor client service due yourself favor and take your business somewhere else . Worst salon I would say

All of the staff I encountered here were super sweet and kind on both of my visits. They made me feel welcomed. However, I didn't get the same feeling from the owner Latoya. I felt like I was not seen and made to feel like I was just wasting her time. I booked w/her b/c she came highly recommended from other girls with curly hair. Be aware, she double books you. If you're lucky, you get more than 5 minutes with her. If you're unlucky, she'll pass you off to someone else. On both visits, she left her client in the chair to come over and cut my hair real quick, maybe 5 minutes if that. Her client wasn't processing or anything, so I thought that was unprofessional to leave her and come to me. I felt like I was being squeezed into her busy schedule. Someone else washed my hair but then I would've expected to be with Latoya after that for the styling to end. However, I was passed onto the hairdresser who washed my hair, with no knowledge of how to apply curly hair product or how much to use, or what kind. Very sweet gals and we had nice conversation (on both ocassions) but they had no clue what they were doing. In fact, when Latoya noticed she was doing it wrong, she left the client (again) and came over and showed the gal how much product to use, how to apply it to my hair etc. I could tell Latoya was frustrated as she was showing the gal. I felt so bad and embarassed for the gal. Why put her in that position??? This happened on both visits. Again, it's that double booking. As a client, I'm paying for Latoya's time and knowledge to work on my hair and educate me on curly hair, not leave it to another hairdresser who is waiting for her next client to show. On both occasions, I asked the gals, what their favorite part is about hair. Both gals told me they love color and that's their thing. If I'm paying for a curly cut, I expect the curl specialist to style it, not the color specialists. Latoya had to show them how to diffuse my hair. There's a technique to using a diffuser, which these gals were learning on the spot. Latoya came back to finish but only b/c her other client was done. If this is how she operates by double booking, and passing off clients to other hairdressers, she shouldn't be charging full price for a cut with her. The only reason I came back a 2nd time was b/c on my 1st visit, Latoya told me that she was just "trying to keep the lights on". This touched my heart, and I figured well, I'll come back again b/c: 1. I want to support her business 2. I liked the products they used Again, the girls that washed my hair and styled it on both visits, and there were 3 of them (not including Latoya), were so sweet and kind! We had great conversation but I WISH they knew about curly hair b/c I would happily come back to THEM. After this last visit, I'll be looking for another salon where the owner values their customer's time and doesn't put her hairdressers in awkward situations.

For an unanticipated 2 hour session that cost me $70 and my hair looking messy with curls unraveling within minutes... The lady who helped me was sweet but at least for not giving me an updo and taking too long she could have charged me less. I told her if it was too hard of an updo go simple (she hadnt done the style for a long time)she persisted till I told her im going to be late for my event. I mean she tried laying it all down but even then it still looked bad:,( the price is what really upset me.Service: Hairstyling
