I went in to get a fully charged interstate battery tested. The battery has no posts. It accepts screws to connect the cables. Of course the battery was bad. The person said that the battery was probably out of warranty and Costco would not replace it. He offered to sell ma a comparable battery for about $180. And would give me a core rebate, and tried to upsale me into a $209. Battery. I respectfully declined and went to Costco. The $180 battery at O Riley's was $89. at Costco, who did honor the warranty, with the exception that I pay the difference. $12.50.

Called for a battery and Carl answered the phone very nice guy! He gave me a quote for the battery (one of the better prices in town), I'm came down 10 mins later and he was able to put the battery in for us (no additional fee). Great service!

I have never been so underserved here. Have always gone here not anymore. There is a rude very unhelpful lady behind the counter. Would not help me locate windshield blades in the store nor help with the installation. (The outside clearly states free installation as does the front of where you check out. ) This employee took her time walking around the store and helping a man before me but when I got up for more turn, she was not only rude, but not willing to help. She said they weren't helping with installs of blades right now. So much for customer service. Won't be back. Would have given zero stars.

I bought some brakes and an ignition coil on this trip. I paid with cash, 2 $100 dollar bills. My total was $141. The woman helping me seemed honest enough, handed me back my change (without counting it, and I thought nothing of it). As I walked back to my car I counted my change, which included a $20 bill and the rest $5’s and $1 dollar bills, which I thought was old. Turns out she short changed me $10. I counted again and sure as tax day, I confirmed the shortage. As I walked back in I saw her eyes meet mine and walked directly up to her register. I said you shorted me $10. With out putting up any resistance I handed her the wade of money to count for herself (except I shorted her change $2 to see if she would notice. She didn’t of course because she knew she had short changed me. I hate being put in this situation. She quickly fanned the money as if to count and said I have only small bills. No apology just an excuse as she grabbed two more five dollar bills to make up for her attempted short coming. I don’t know why people think it’s ok to do this to people. That’s stealing of you ask me. What was she going to do? take all the money she shorted people, out of the till at the end of the day? Please beware and count your change people. I’m not sure I’ll visit this location again. I’m not willing to support a place that the employees feel entitled to try and steal my hard earned money.

The guys at O'Reilly went above and beyond to not only help me find the right screws for my new license plates after some lowlife stole my back plate, but they made sure they fit properly before I purchased them. This was after I'd explained that I couldn't find the size I needed at two other stores, and the ones I'd eventually ordered from Amazon were too coarse. Thanks so much, guys!

Lazy extremely sorry workers. If you do not agree to buy the most expensive part in the store all of a sudden the part is not available. And nobody knows how to operate the computer system amazing. It's a game I think they get paid on commission for upselling parts. I hate to say this if you're not one of their people good luck. Talking to the manager is worthless. He's clueless too. They wanna go for the up charge or they can't talk to you. I'll be going To Napa auto parts from now on. At least they want to help you solve your automotive problem. Without stealing from you in your face.

Great staff, very knowledgeable, did a check engine light service for free and had the pat I needed in stock. Way better than AutoZone in my opinion.

Great store, not excessively crowded.Have been using Dormans/Kragen/Checker/OReileys since the early '80s, and have only received the wrong part once, in thousands of transactions.
