Went in and did a trade in and Archie was wonderful made sure we got the most for our used car! Super patient with us as we wanted to see 3 cars and we had our kids with us. Always stayed friendly and really went out of his way for us to have a good experience. We left very pleased. Thank you again Archie for all your help.

WOW, I just don't know where to start with the excitement I have from purchasing my vehicle from Tracy CDJR! I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received from Marco, Archie & David. What I thought was impossible they made possible! AAAAMAZING service from these gentleman. They made the process of purchasing my first vehicle smoother than I could have ever imagined. I would recommend them to everyone! I will definitely be back to purchase all of our future vehicles. Go here and specifically ask for archie & marco. I guarantee you will not regret it!

A long overdue review. Kevin S. is an incredible guy - patient, professional and responsive with assisting my service orders. I've been coming to Tracy CDJR since 2012-13 and have known Kevin since then. The service department exceeds our expectations due to him, every time we take our Jeep to this dealership. Kevin goes above and beyond to make appointments and make sure that thorough maintenance services are done promptly and efficiently every single time. While I have dealt with other Service Advisors at CDJR, I cannot say the same for everyone, one can figure the noticeable difference in performance and work ethic, his communication skills, professionalism and customer service are exceptional! I highly recommend CDJR Tracy for service because of Kevin.

Went in today to get light bulbs and rang the bell twice for service. There was a person behind the wall that didn’t even acknowledge we were there and say “hey I am on the phone be right with you”. A salesman walked over and saw the person behind the wall and said oh he is on the phone. We waited and still no help so we left and went to O’Reilly’s. I have never been to a dealer and had such terrible service. Need to step it up guys.

Let me start off with.....The sales people are solid and trying to do the right thing. However, the manager and dealership protocol with add-ons never made any sense. (Please see attached quote.) The Tacoma was listed on Auto Trader for $31,898. I called on October 23, 2023 asking if the truck was ready for sale. I told the sales person that I would be driving from Shasta to see the truck. The sales person indicated the truck was ready. The next day I drove 226 miles to check out the truck, fully intending to make a purchase that day. The truck was not even close to being ready. Major scratches from the being deeply keyed, dents and damage to the truck shell with electrical wires cut and hanging down. The tow hitch was not usable due to a prior metal tongue locked into place... that they had no key for. After a week of waiting for these issues to be corrected, a sales person called today and indicated that the truck was now ready. I drive down again only to see that NONE of the issues were corrected. I was motivated to try and work a deal for my troubles. There was no deal to be made by the manager. He could have cared less for wasting my time or the fact that I was provided false information x 2. Attached is the quote for $33,998 purchase price (higher than the listing price of $31,898. A mysterious discount of $3100 is listed? Then came the add ons that are non-negotiable. Every used car is subject to these processes and you are not told of these charges until you get to the dealer. Bait and switch! Poor sales guys feel bad about these charges and the condition of the vehicle.... and said as much.Add-ons:3M - $399Etch - $349Cilajet - $999 Total: $1747For a company that indicates they will give you internet special pricing and assurances that every car is in near perfect resale condition, they are flat out lying. P.S. The dealership has now modified the Auto Trader photo ad removing the dented and scratched truck shell. (See below)

I have a lease return and came by Tracy Chrysler last month to confirm what I needed to do in regards to turning in my lease vehicle. I was told I didn’t need an appointment, to just bring it in the day I wanted to turn it in and it would be done! So today 10/17/23 I came in only to be told that the only guy who does lease returns is off for the next 2 days and since I didn’t have an appointment, I would have to find another dealership to turn in my vehicle! The worst part of this whole situation is that I tried to prepare a month ago only to be turned away today after doing what I was told to do! I never will spend a single penny at this dealership! What a joke!!!!

Worst car buying experience. I bought a car here almost exactly 3 years ago, October 31, 2020. I bought a used Jeep Wrangler, I love the car. It's the experience that was problematic. They treated me like a "dumb woman", even going so far as to tell me "don't touch that" and pointed to the 4x4 shifter, as if this isn't MY OWN CAR I JUST BOUGHT! Disgusting misogynist staff, take your business elsewhere.

5 stars from beginning to end; I must say I was extremely nervous about looking into a better car for me and my kids. I went down to the dodge dealership and before getting out my car I said God take the wheel please let this work out. Before I even had gotten across the street God sent me an angel immediately; His name is Archie. This dude was so professional so polite very straight forward was amazing with my 2 yr son as well; then here comes Matthew as well with all the paperwork Simplified easy to understand & ready to go; he had the car Detailed and gassed up for us & just an amazing guy these two together are an amazing team they worked their magic allowed me to trade in my car for a major upgraded suv as soon as I mentioned to Matthew that my 7yr old son was Autistic and needed additional leg room he went and found the perfect suv to match his and my needs; (Amazing) I can't mention enough how great this team was they played with my 2yr old gave him snacks and coloring materials let him ring the big bell and he followed them around the whole time we were their his best buddy Tilli whom is another representative at the dealership made sure everything went well gave me so many additional perks and knocked a few bucks off the car note along with a few awesome perks on the suv ; my son loved him. Listen I can honestly go on & on about their Hospitality but the bottom line is if you are anyone you know is looking for a great reliable affordable and worthwhile vehicle this place Tracy Dodge off Grant Line; they will hook you up and treat and look out for you like family just ask for Archie Matthew or Tilli they will take great care of you. I recently inquired about a car by Matthew the salesperson at this dealership, he was very friendly and made it the best experience I’ve had at a dealership. He is very knowledgable and doesn’t make others feel pressured! Ask for him!!!

I had an amazing experience at this dealership thanks to Archie who made everything run so smoothly. He was really helpful and attentive to our needs as well as doing everything in his power to make sure I went home happy and with a car I liked. We definitely appreciated his help as we surely liked him and thought he was one of the best salesperson we’ve met and has won us and our families as future customers.

I have been looking for a new car, a Jeep to be exact, for quite some time. I decided to drive to Tracy and look around and I was greeted right away. I mentioned what car I was looking for and we started to look around the lot. Davod was able to help me narrow down my search by asking me questions on what was important to me in a car. He offered me and my family water while we were discussing about different options as well. He explain to me how Jeeps now have hybrid option and explain to me the benefits. At the end, I was able to walk out with a new white Jeep Wrangler and I'm in love. Davod was very knowledgeable, very patient with all the questions I had, very nice and made the process very quick and easy. I highly recommend coming here and asking for Davod and the team. I am happy I was able to walk out with a car that I love. Thank you Tracy Jeep for a phenomenal service.

Had a great experience with buying a new used car here! Marco was our sales guys and he was amazing to say the least... he had the car we were interested in ready for me to test drive with the ac running. Other dealerships we went to were not even up to par with the customer service they had. Marco made the whole experience stress free and took care of every detail. Everyone here in the sales team was beyond helpful with my family's buying experience, they even made my kids comfortable during the whole process. David was also very friendly and helpful. Shout out to Markus as well they went above and beyond and explained everything. I wouldn't by from any other dealership because of these people and their customer service! It made everything so much better and we knew we made the right choice!

I think worst Google review usually tell truth. Like many others gave 1 star, I experienced same, CAR IS SOLD. I was interested in nice looking used car, still available in website. I got contacted, made appointment, and visited to find out car is SOLD. of course, the person I made appointment with is not there (very very typical). Surprising thing is that, I just showed picture, sales person didn't even check VIN or other info, know it's sold. Maybe that's very famous picture that every sales person know FAKE. What's the point of bringing customer in and find out it's sold? especially this type of economy? Does management think customer still come back? Maybe they all think customers are dumb. I erased this place from my map. I won't visit again.

If you want better customer service in Person, go somewhere else. Great at getting in touch with you about a vehicle to get your Buisness, However typical of todays car salesman fail to inform new customers if a vehicle is sold. Buisness is Buisness and understand first come, but please let customers know if a vehicle is no longer available even if an appointment is scheduled. Time is money and driving almost 2 hours to the vehicle no longer there is bad Buisness. Please properly communicate with your customers and remember scheduled appointments.
