Best car buying experience I could have ever hoped for. Archie was fantastic and gave five star service, he is extremely helpful, friendly and caring. I purchased a car from their used inventory and Archie went above and beyond getting everything set up and making the purchase process super smooth. Leo in the finance department was equally as great to work with, this dealership has a great team. If you’re interested in a car they have to offer you won’t be disappointed with service, I highly recommend them.

Very disappointed with this dealership. Tried to purchase a vehicle they advertised online and have a shipper pick it up and deliver to us. Spent several days ironing out the deal only to be told they wouldn't sell it to us unless we flew from Washington to Tracy, California and physically touched the vehicle. Absolute nonsense! Feels like we were dealing with a bunch of first-graders. Do NOT recommend!

We had such a great experience at Tracy Hyundai yesterday. Jorge and Archie worked their magic and got us the best deal they could on a used Hyundai Palisade. I definitely recommend buying a car from this dealership and their employees. When we're in the market for another car we will for sure be going back to Tracy Hyundai and Jorge and Archie.

I’m grateful for the professional & friendly experience with Enrique Garcia. He swiftly sent me video prior to my decision & answered all my questions. I traded in a Hyundai to purchase a larger SUV to accommodate my large dogs. I didn’t need another car, but it was incredibly easy & convenient to attain. I arrived around 10am & drive off the lot before 1pm. The paperwork was overkill but that’s a California issue & it was painless. I highly recommend Enrique Garcia.

Excellent service from Zack. Last Friday I went to drop my old car off for recall service work and in the back of my head knew sometime in the near future we needed a bigger vehicle as our family was growing. I went to look around to get ideas and met Zack. From that moment he was very helpful in asking questions and getting a feel for what I wanted and what I didn’t even know I needed. This was my first experience even looking for a new vehicle and Zack made it as pleasant as possible. I’ve always dreaded it hearing horror stories of pushy salesmen, but this was not the case. After doing a couple test drives I found my perfect car for my growing family. Throughout the process of financing, trading in my old car, everything in between, Zack was there to walk us through. Needless to say still happy with our purchase.

All the questions I had- & I had quit a few he answered them all being very patience . Got me a cup of coffee and we went over everything and he did it very simply and I apprise that.
