I have been blessed to do business with Platinum Hyundai for over three purchases of vehicles, and ten years. My experience is my own and has been phenomenal. They welcomed me with any questions I had and had all the answers I needed. They made me feel comfortable and the process was expedient. Within hours I was on the road with my new purchase.

I had the best experience shopping for a car at Platinum Hyundai, Tracy! There was no pressure and my sale person Zack walked me through all the model options to see which would be best for my needs. He was excellent. The dealership is very clean, everyone is polite, and there was no pressure to buy - they just wanted to help. The Used Car mgr (I traded in a car) and Finance person were also just as helpful, and they dealer let me know I could call on them to help any time in the future so I am a very happy customer! Thank you everyone!

I went in for an oil change. The service advisor was so professional and friendly. My car was ready when they promised and checking out was easy. I love the new look of the service center. Everything is so clean and new. Makes me want to come back. I don't mind paying for great service.

Worst place every! They sold my husband a car that needed a transmission, cracked rims, etc.From the sales to the services department they are the worst! Please be careful! We thought we were buying a reliable car and ended up get a junk car!

Had an exquisite experience with Alec and the Platinum Hyundai of Tracy team! We left today with the car that we really wanted, and the type of service that we really needed after having not so great experiences at other dealerships. With their beautifully remodeled facility and helpful staff, it made the process of buying a car comfortable and easy. This is one truly satisfied customer!

I stopped coming here because the customer service was not the best. There were a few cool folks back in 2019. Fast forward to today 7/27...They definitely need better signage instructions for where people need to go during this construction going on. There's a sign on a building but that's it. There no sign saying stop here! Go inside of the building. Either get proper signage or have someone outside directing.Going back... I arrived around 12:10pm I intentionally arrived for my appointment early, my appointment was for 1:30. I get here he tells me my appointment is at 3. . I said absolutely not! The guy then says he'll take my car at 1 when the techs return from lunch. 1 pm hits, there's computer issues (understandable) Then I was told the service was going to be about 2.5-3 hours. However, the woman on the phone said it was an hour long service. I said cool no problem after checking my work and business schedules. So now to know it's going to take longer than 1 hour... I'm pissed. I set all this up around my schedule. I wish I could remember the womans name that I spoke to cause I'd hand her ass to her right now since I'm sitting waiting.I'm in the lounge area, I've been here for a bit. When I arrived their were 6 snacks in the "CUSTOMER LOUNGE" bowl/basket. I have seen 4 employees come here and grab coffee or whatever is in this machine and the snacks that are for customers. Okay, cool have a snack but refill that sh*t! You know damn well ALL 4 of you saw that the snacks were low. There's 1 more left I believe. The last one to come over was the young black girl with the 30/33 colored braids that looked as if she was "sneaking" a snack. LOL. I'd put all of them on blast had they been wearing name tags. The girl just came back and changed the channel on the t.v... She didn't refill those snacks though

Car shopping is supposed to be fun. In this current post-covid era it is anything but fun..... well, until we went to Platinum Hyundai in Tracy. I guess the stars were aligned because a Sales Rep named Alec approached us and a short time later, I drove home in my brand new Santa Fe. Now, looking at the google reviews, I see that Alec is some sort of celebrity but I had no idea at the time. I am curious to see if all of Platinum is going to be so great to work with (service, etc), but if it goes half as well as the purchasing process we will be customers for life. TY again to Alec and we LOVE our new car.

UPDATE: Left the GM a voicemail asking for a call, weeks ago.Of course no one reached out. No one has reached out regarding my disappointment with them - per their response to my review.The only thing that was reasonable was the day I bought the car. Since then, it's been a complete headache dealing with this dealership on things they promised. It's been over a month since I purchased my car and they still have not provided me a second key. From the time I purchased the car I was told they were looking for the second key and that they would be overnighting it to me (I live 100 miles away). They lost the key. Now instead of working with a dealership that's close to where I live, they want me to drive all the way back there. Seems to me that since they lost it, they should be accommodating me. I've left them messages, which they haven't returned. They tell me I'll receive calls that they don't make. Paperwork I was supposed to receive when I purchased the car was never given to me. There is absolutely no follow-up on their end, and there is no communication on their end at all. Horrible customer service all around. A truly disappointing experience.

Alec was amazing throughout this process as well as the finace team, major shout out to this dealership !!!! My credit was not the best I had a repossession less than 7 years back!! Amaya is great! If you have any questions about a vehicle, don’t hesitate to call and ask for her. I was shopping around a new leasing since mine was expired and she answered all my questions and give the pricing I need it. I was surprised because normally the dealers don’t answer quick over the phone and don’t give the pricing in writing. To me it is and indicator not only of good service and quick response, but also is an indicator of transparency. Go and ask for Amaya!

Purchasing a new car is one of modern life's annoyances. It seems like many dealerships try anything to get you into the showroom and then grind you down until you no Longer have the will to live.This dealership was different. Jeannetta provided a best number via email, set up a time for us to come into the dealership. Took a little more than an hour to confirm the car, deal with the paperwork and drive off. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and low key. No pressure tactics, no effort to up sell us on things we didn't want, just a fair and straightforward transaction. Honestly, I don't understand why more dealerships are not like this. So, if you're looking for a Hyundai, definitely check out Platinum Hyundai in Tracy. We found it was worth the drive and you may too.

I purchased a used Audi A5 with low mileage from Platinum Hyundai of Tracy a few months ago and couldn't be happier with my purchase. This is my second vehicle purchase from this dealership. Tony and Charles and Kyle are very knowledgeable and I was able to drive off the lot with a good price for the vehicle. I took it in for service and again was met with a friendly atmosphere and timely service. I highly recommend platinum platinum Hyundai of Tracy to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.
