“I just closed escrow on a newly built house with Emad as my agent and let me just say he has been a god sent. He was there with me (1st time home buyer) every step of the way and patiently explained all the steps I needed to know as well as showing me how to find the right house for my family. He helped us decide which house to finally put in an offer by explaining the pros and cons of each potential house.
After the escrow closed, his motto 'Agent4Life' truly shines. He didnt just walk away, he continues to help us find trust worthy contractors needed to wrap up the house, things like garage paint, grout sealing and landscaping. If you can zoom into the heater picture, you will notice the painter he recommended is top notch, wrapped up the heater on all sides and all pipes. When its all done, I cant find any speck of painy on the heater and all those pipes and other things its connected to.
He even offered to let us borrow his truck if we need it during moving day. I'd given him 6 stars if I can. And he is definitely on my referral list if anyone I know needs an agent. He truly goes far beyond as an agent. I am lucky to have found him.”
