Their shelves look like a ghost town. They never carry the basic necessities, and are always overpriced and have attitudes. I have to always drive to Manteca to get everything I need for my black hairstyles.

On the website it says opens 9am,went there after nine bur the store was close waited in the car n still they did not open ,they have the worst customer service 0 stars

Came inside with my wife she picked up an item decided she no longer wanted the item put it back went looking on another isle for something different and the employee asked us if we put the item back? Are you serious what kind of question is that if it's not in my hand obviously we put it back we certainly didn't steal the item. I will never bring by business back to this establishment EVER again !!

Everything is over priced , horrible customer service, and they barely speak English to even understand them . I sent my bf to the store for some track glue and were from sac. It usually cost anywhere from 99cents to $3 at the most. He don't know Nothing about hair products they ended up selling him that bottle of glue for nine dollars when I asked him to turn around and return it . supposedly the lady at the cashier register doesn't know how to do returns and he would have to wait for her boss. This place is a joke and needs to get shut down. You're better off driving down to stockton beauty Supply store to get your moneys worth

Customer Service Suck, those are the meanest unhappy looking women, when you walk in, they don't speak, when you say good morning, they barely say good morning, I have never seen such poor customer service, I've been going there for about 7 yrs. As of 3 weeks ago never again, when i got to the register to pay for my stuff i ask the young lady why she was frowning she said she was tired, WowI said that's poor customer service. So I went to Shalom in Manteca, the Owner Grace Was Exceptional, it was worth the drive to go to Manteca from Tracy, I found my new black owned beauty supply. I will never patronize royal beauty supply in Tracy ever!!!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR MONEY . I came to this beauty supply store because it's close to my house . I was trying to do some soft locs on my daughter and I was recommended my this lady some whole different other typa hair. She made it seemed like like it was my fault that I got the wrong hair when she is the one that recommended it . I also bought a wig from here which didn't fit my head I called and asked if I could return and they said we only do exchange so when I came in and tried to exchange she said I couldn't because I tried it on. Like I obviously had to try it on to know if it fits or not . High unprofessional and also eveything is overpriced . The tax of my items is was $7 in what world is that normal.

I've been going here since moving to The Valley in 2010!!!! They've braided my daughter's hair a couple times (a lil expensive, but worth it) in middle & high school. They have "one of a kind" accessories too ?

When I say this is THE BEST beauty supply store I have gone to in a long time!!! And they have ON SITE braiding services! Wow! Miss Lily and Ms. Matilda gave my daughters and I the most amazing service and are delightful women. Beautiful and kind, this is now my favorite place for hair care needs!

Great customer service..I was helped as soon as I walked in. Staff person was knowledgeable about products. Large store filled with inventory and on-site braider. Also, black owned.

Not welcoming at all. Just went here with my gf. We needed a wig for our daughter, and rite away, the first question we asked, she cut us off and said "just tell me what u want!" Then the followed us all around the store, as if their products were gold. Very dirty and unkept. Then I was looking at the earrings and she literally wouldn't even let me hold them until she rung em up. There was 2 pairs I was looking at, and she rung up the most expensive ones when I wanted the other ones. Then when I tried to ask for them to simply hold them next to my ear, I practically had to pull them from her hand, she wanted to say no as if I couldn't touch em if I wasn't going to buy. And again, just because I asked, can I see the other ones, she then said "just tell me which ones!" Then my lil daughter just touched one of the wigs and she screamed across the store "no, u need to wear a head cap, oh may gawd!".... very rude service, we will not be going there again.

Just went to this place and the lady was RUDE. First we walked in and could not find any staff. Walked around the whole store looking for someone who works there. It wasn't until I said "hello" that the last got up from under the counter. Yes, she was sitting under the counter. Then I asked questions about the contacts and she was more concerned with her phone then helping me. Then when I went to pay she rung me up, I inserted my card and waited and waited. And she just sat there scrolling on tiktok on her phone. I said hello? Ama she said insert your card. And I said it already is inserted. I said can you get off your phone and help me? And I said your customer service is really bad. And she said I don't know what is wrong with you people. You people have a problem. And I said thank you bye! Rude.
