Really appreciated the staff member's kindness and expertise as she helped me find repair treatment for my hair. It worked really well so I'll definitely be going back for more but I wouldn't have known what I needed if it weren't for her help. 5 stars!

This is simply a reply to the Erica A person who wrote a review just recently. I was in Sallys that same day you & your friend decided to go. I was minding my own business but I'm sorry you & your friend were both very rude to the employee. You both were loud. You were asking a question about the Bondbar line that they have in store & asked the employee what was up with the $0.00 tag one of the items had if that was the case you thought you could get something for free. She told you she wasn't sure because that tag was already like that before she even started working there. I was at the store a couple of days prior. That same employee was there, she helped me as much she could because perhaps you didn't know that she's fairly new as an employee at Sally's. Yes she was going back to ask her manager questions about what you guys were asking, but she was trying no? You both were being consistently rude to the employee & I believe after some time of you guys talking in store that is when the manager came out to see what was going on. You didn't start recording until she told you guys to leave but you missed when she mentioned that you were being nothing but rude which was true. She was clarifying at first that you can leave because you're in her 4 walls & that kind of disrespect that you guys were doing is simply not tolerated. Then you want to pull the phone out trying to make her look guilty or as if she's acting that way for no reason which was completely false. She was talking to you calmly & then the situation escalated. She was telling you you can't record because well, you can't! People nowadays just pull their phones out & tend to leave what happened first out or what they were doing prior to making the situation happen & that is what you did. You waited until she brought the police up, her LP & things like that because you guys simply would not leave. Do your shopping but also be human. You're telling me you have never worked at a place to where you didn't know anything & had to get trained for it or you yourself had to learn things along the way? She was still helping you guys by asking her manager for a little more help & some clarification because she didn't want to sell you guys the wrong products. I defend the manager of this Sally Beauty location & the employee. Don't always believe what you see & read guys. Also, racial profiling? Come on ma'am. You guys got treated that way because you both treated her employee that way. Your safety was not all jeopardized in any form. Take accountability for your actions & maybe thing like this won't happen to you? Looking at your reviews from this year solely, doesn't look like you're satisfied anywhere.

Came in here today with my friend to get some bleach to bleach her hair. There was a lady in the front I didn't get a chance to get her name but we asked her for some recommendations on what we can use to bleach her hair but also keep it healthy. She showed us a number of different bleach powders but didn't tell us which one she recommend . We Also asked for some type of serum or hair oil to keep it healthy and she just showed us a number of different items. She kept saying she doesn't really know and kept going to the back to ask her manager as if she was a little kid actually her parents for help . I was honestly confused because these are a bunch of chemicals I'm not just going to get some random thing and put in her hair how did you even get a job here ..I would expect someone that works at Sally's to know what they're selling and what to recommend.. after a few times and going back to talk to the manager the manager came out because she was irritated with all the questions . She came out with a bad attitude and I let her know I don't understand why she's having an attitude we're just trying to get recommendations on what to put on her hair she then threatened to kick me out the store so I started recording her for my safety. I feel as though she was racially profiling me for no reason people should not come to work if they don't want to be there this is ridiculous

They hours say they open at 9 on Saturdays and they still not here at 9:22am. This is truly sad.

Absolutely vile staff. Prank called us acting like they were calling back regarding a job application and laughed at us. Do not give these people your time or your business. There are much better places to shop.

I love this place. Very clean. Maintained well. Always in stock. A employed by the name of Niveah is so helpful and so kind . She is for sure a great asset to the company. Every time is a good experience.

I had order something online and and when I did the purchase I was at the store, I even showed the girl my order and she said thanks I’ll get ur order ready then I asked what time you guys close and she said 8pm, I really needed it for that night because I had to dye my hair when I arrived to pick it up at 6:30 pm they had already close iam so upset she even told me we close at 8. They are so UNRESPONSIBLE..

Cashier so friendly. Convenient parking. Didnt have hair color I wanted to try but it's always trial & error 1st time using different product. Liked so many other choices.

I came into Sally's looking for some alligator clips because I was going to wash my hair and it takes a lot. You know. There was parking right in front of the store. Thankfully, though the parking lot was very busy as it was a Saturday. Entering the store I think they were about two workers, and only one other customer. The employee said hello to me when I came in which was cool, wasn't really expecting that and was on the phone so I wasn't truly paying too much attention. After entering the store though, it didn't look like they had that much merchandise left. Not sure exactly what happened but the area where most of the hair clips, accessories and things of that nature was completely cleaned. Like literally there were only three clips left and they were all accessory clips. Not exactly sure what happened that they weren't able to restock, but I ended up just going to Walmart for them in the end.
