Very disgusted and disappointed with my experience tonight. I will no longer ever be coming back. I was a lifetime customer and only came to the grocery store every day I need it to and tonight will be my last. The customer service there tonight was absolutely terrible. I asked three separate people to just simply show me where a certain snack item was, and they proceeded to only tell me which aisle it was in and I was never able to find it. I asked two gentleman who were just literally standing talking to each other with one of them having their cell phone out and asked them for help since they did not seem to be busy and they proceeded to just tell me what aisle it was in as well. I asked if one of them could show me please and they told me they were busy and could not do that for me. The fact that I had to go in there and ask three different people for one bag of snacks, and to leave empty-handed from not being able to find it was very irritating. Management needs to do something about the behavior or they need new management. Absolutely terrible.

Cost for some items outrageous. 4 green onions $5.00 really .

Don't preorder birthday cake with bakery they'll promise you your order, have you pay for it, and last minute when you show up there's nothing ready for you no calls no heads up. Nobody wants this happening last minute on your birthday. Offer you a free regular cake but it's for a special occasion that's why it was preordered...messed up go elsewhere and mind you I even called earlier on day of the pick up date for them to confirm everything...
