been going to these guys since 2018. the only ones i have used for oil change service on all my three vehicle's. took in for another oil change on my commuter car and they told me oil pan was cracked at the drain plug. they wanted $500.00 to fix it. told them i would take it to my own repair shop for the repair. They got mad and would not even do an oil change. They closed the hood and said ok you can go. I asked them if they put the skid plate back on and they assured me they put the skid plate cover back on. when i got to a repair shop, the skid plate cover was missing and the repair guy stated super lube had over torqued the drain plug and cracked the pan. i contacted super lube and they claimed the skid plate wasn't there and i must have had the service done else where and hung up on me. this is the only place that has ever taken my vehicles to for service for more than 6 years. Just Beware that there are over torquing the drain plugs and they will not stand by their work. also make sure they replace the skid plates and not leave them off if your a regular to speed up their service times.

First off, they charged me 80$ for an oil change and didn’t change the filter, they literally just put their brand of oil in and did nothing else. Customer service was horrible, very rude when I was nice feom the beginning. I’ll NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. I’m pretty sure they treated me like that because of my skin color ?. Which shows what type of ppl are running that business. Just advise any one of African descent to stay away and avoid a horrible customer service experience and bad service in general. They will PLAY you right out your hard earned money ?also wanted to add that if I could rate NO STARS ⭐️ I definitely would !!!

After I waited 20minutes to be serviced. A worker asked me to pull forward. Started yelling at me so I asked him not to yell and explain what he needed me to do. Immediately said I needed to leave. I was so confused and treated badly for not wanting to be yelled at. After all these years of servicing both my cars here we will not be coming back.

Horrible service. My wife called me during work to tell me that the owner yelled at her with my kids in the car and refused to help her.. Business owners like this should go broke. Don't support this business

It's an amazing business model these guys have. At the end of the day, it's just an oil change that you can get anywhere. What's different is that they prioritize your time.Consistently in and out in 20 minutes no matter when I go. Even IF there is a line. Hope they never shut down.

This is one of my go to spots for an oil change to our Tahoe and Ram truck. Other oil changers are soooo expensive. This place is not as expensive. The service is under 15 minutes for an oil change. The guys here are all business and will get you in and out. Check it out!

They don't open until 9 on Saturday and dude is very rude if you get there before 9 due to the tiny parking lot. I got there at 8:20 and all doors were open so I assumed it was. I waited for 5 minutes & he finally came to my car & said he was closed & asked me to back out! Worst customer service I've had in a while. Speedee has longer wait times but well worth the wait. Stay away from this rat hole.
