NEver go there, run from this place he worst salon in that I had been . I went for a Haircut and the only laddy that is there she is so rude left a a hole in my hair in the back , left one side shorter than the other, I cnt even go to another salon because she cut it to high in the back on one side , etc. Do yourself a favor avoid this place . She doesnt know how to cut hair or she did it on purpose , she gets upset if ou asked questions, Tayylor doesnt work anymore

This was a first time I ever tried and Hopeless haircut she doesn’t listen what I want and she went on cutting and dint style my hair at all, she flat ironed my hair and started to cut beyond what I requested and made deliberately short . No hairspray at the end. No style … no heat protection oil before straightening . I give her 0 stars

I asked for a balayage and Taylor let me leave out of her salon like this and charged me a little less than 200. Do what this information what you want but I think the picture tells you everything you need to know about her integrity as a hair stylist.

The times I sat & got serviced by Linda were horrible. She does not listen to what you are asking for, she’s very rough while cutting or dying your hair. & simply just rude, Kept coming back when Taylor & her husband were there, now that they’re not. Wont be my first choice anymore.

My first 2-3 visits here were fine however I’ve gotten unlucky the last 3 times and have ended up with the older woman with short gray hair. The haircut was terrible all 3 times and she burned my hair with bleach one of the times. Avoid her at all costs.

Worst haircut experience ever!
I went in with high hopes, but walked out utterly disappointed. The stylist completely ignored my preferences, rushed through the process, and left me with uneven, unflattering layers that are impossible to style. To make matters worse, they charged a ridiculous amount for this mess! I feel like I wasted both my time and money. Save yourself the trouble and find a salon that actually listens to its customers and values quality over speed.

The worst haircut I've ever gotten yesterday Thursday, March 7, 2024! I've gone to Taylor's over the years when I haven't been able to get appointment with my hair stylist. I am a former hairstylist, haven't been in the business for decades. When I told her what and how I wanted my trim and she does the total opposite not good !!! Only 2 stylists yesterday and I was the only customer. I paid $40.00 for an uneven shag haircut not what I wanted at all and I explained NOT to texture my hair because it's curly but fine and before I could for the third time say no she was all ready doing it!!! I'm not happy customer and therefore will not enter this salon again! Plus Taylor the owner had sold this business which I did not know till yesterday.

I am just shocked... Came in to get my hair done and got this old lady doing my hair coughing call over my face without even covering her mouth. She had to sit down a couple times to catch her breath! It's just unbelievable that you are this inconsiderate of your own customers. Not only that they had a whole construction site going on while people were getting their haircuts and hair done. Super unprofessional. The quality of the hair was bad too! Left me with a bald spot and damaged hair and the vibes of the whole place wasn't good at all.

Asked one of the ladies for a haircut and specifically told her not to cut my beard and she left a noticeably huge gash on my cheek. The worse part was she kept denying that she cut it, so it was clear to me she wasn't paying attention or even listening.

I didn't like my hair color afterwards & wanted to cry. It's my fault though, because I didn't specify a color. I just said I didn't want it dark. Well...it was dark, & I hated it. I still hate it, but keep getting compliments about my eyes now. So, I am trying to lightening it with strong shampoos. Again, it's my fault...I guess.

didn't really like my haircut, she cut my bangs shorter than I wanted and didn't do it how I usually like... no problem but then it was time to pay and the ATM may I say seems like a scam / waste.. and they tried charging me $35 when last time I remember it being only like $20 and some change..

This one star is for the owner of the salon. I believe the owner told all the workers to make sure do not accept any cards if anyone asked make sure to say that the credit card machine is not working and let all customers know that we have a ATM machine in the back please go and take a cash so know we have to pay $2.00 fees. Question is how long takes to fix the credit card machine.
