I don't normally write reviews for dealerships but my hat goes off to Taylib in sales department. He took really good care of us when we bought our Tacoma. He is honest, nice and very informative like a true sales rep should be. From now on he is my car guy and I would recommend everyone to go and ask for him if you are in the market for a car. My son Tyler and I went to look at Toyotas. We we're greeted by Ben Nguyen . He was such a great person to work with purchasing my sons truck. Ben took us out for the year ride and we made our decision pretty quick. We then had the pleasure of working with Samantha from finance. Ben and Samantha are quite a good team! I highly recommend Ben and Samantha and Tracy Toyota!

Took my vehicle in for service, did a major service but get a message showing me multiple items need to be addressed. Keep in mind you pay a fee which does these inspections. I pick a few items to address and do the major repair. When I get home my vehicle is leaking oil. I'm furious as my vehicle wasn't noticeably dripping oil, but now is. I take my car back and nothing is done to fix it, in fact they bring me back to show me where the leak is, clearly there was a spot the car had been leaking slowly, timing cover but I was not told how bad it was. Had I know I clearly would if addressed it, so I'm furious and ask to get a quote, at this point the service representative gives me the f@&$ you quote of over $3,500 to repair a timing cover on a RAV4. I own 2 Toyotas, loyal to Toyota, but I will never take my vehicles back after this experience and will not buy another Toyota since I refuse to go back to Tracy Toyota for the simple fact that they caused the leak to get worse and then gives me a ridiculous quote to repair it.

No pressure maintenance service specialists. They will offer and explain any optional service outside of Toyota Care before charging you. Very commodious if you need shuttle services if you're not going to wait at the dealership. Best when you book an appointment online and arrive ~15 mins early. Advisor Edward Damian was very helpful & great!

I just bought a 2023 hybrid Highlighter there. The customer service I received from Ben and Samantha, was outstanding. Had it not been for them listening to what I was looking for and attending to my needs I would have not purchased the car. I recommend anyone looking for a Toyota to go and see Ben and Samantha. Thanks again Ben and Samantha, I'm loving my new car and my commute to the bay is much more enjoyable.

I had the best experience here. My family was helped by Ben and Sam. Ben showed us two beautiful RAV4 models. We really needed tos tick to our budget and Sam made sure we got the best deal for our budget. We had recently totaled our car so being able to drive off in a car that we really wanted was amazing. Their entire sales team from start to end made sure we had the best deal. Hands down would come back here if I needed to purchase another vehicle! Thank you Ben and Sam!

This was my second time here. My first visit didn't go so well, but I decided to try again. Brought my RAV4 in for it's 60K maintenance. Mauricio promptly assisted me and was extremely helpful in clarifying a few matters for me. Mauricio called me to let me know my car was ready. He said that he had a couple of pictures he wanted to send me, regarding the condition of my tires. I had already made a mental note a couple of days ago that I needed new tires. I'm glad Mauricio took the initiative to point it out to me. I had him put new tires on since my vehicle was already there. I really appreciated Mauricio being such a great help with everything. He even had my car washed! Talk about Customer Service!

If you're looking for a great sales advisor, go see Ben Nguyen. He was an advocate for me and was never pushy. Made my buying experience great. Definitely recommend Ben Nguyen of Tracy Toyota!

The worst place to take your car. I got a coupon for an oil change for 89.95 not specifying for what kind of oil it is and I’m told that the owner of the dealership does not want anyone using the coupon because it’s not from there dealership but from Toyota which makes no sense. Price went from 100 couple months ago to $165. These aren’t Ferraris. There not luxury cars. Oil ain’t that expensive. Oh funny part I was told the owner writes them up if they use the coupons. Crazy right!! Save your money and do it yourself. Toyota dealerships ain’t the same anymore.

My vehicle started fine and didn't run rough when I brought it in and all I brought it in for is a oil change but the vehicle did all after the mechanic started working on it. I had to pay for the cost because they messed up.

Saturday was my first time at Tracy Toyota. Since it's the weekend, I braced myself for a long wait even with an appointment at 10:45 AM. The wait to be checked in took 20 minutes but you get to wait in the comfort of your vehicle. They will do a 360 inspection recorded on the tablet. Tatiana helped me. She was personable and bubbly, in the midst of chaos. While she helped me, we got to chatting. And I don't enjoy idle chit chat but I enjoyed talking with her. She even flagged down the shuttle for me. Because the service was estimated to be 2-3 hrs, I didn't want to be stuck there during lunch time. Since the van was already fully packed, I decided to wait for the next one in an hour. I milled around the showroom. It's a no-frills kind of place. There's a massive Starbucks machine but you only get cups from your service manager due to Covid. After enjoying my caffeine, I checked out the new luxurious Crown. By the time I got my chips from the vending machine (~1 hr wait), the other shuttle arrived. Off I went with another passenger on the shuttle. The hybrid Sienna was a comfy ride. As I sat through a tour of Tracy, Tatiana called me with the news my car was ready. The service only took 1.5 hrs. Incredible. The shuttle U-turned. Tatiana helped me with check-out. She even accompanied to my car to remove the paper mat from the driver's side. I noticed that the service technician, Josh (?), even reset the screen. Normally, I need to clumsily return the my previous view. I've also checked the valve caps on the tires. All accounted for. I appreciate the attention to details by the team at Tracy Toyota.
