Had such a great experience here! Norman was very helpful, knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable and confident in my purchase. Can’t recommend this place enough. Great variety of cars and Norman helped me find exactly what i was looking for! When it came to signing everything, Norman explained everything and walked me through it. Very honest and upfront with everything.

Just got my new car from here! They have so many options in case there's something about the car you originally chose that you might not like. I went in there for a Honda and left with a Toyota. My friends mom also got her car from here, a beautiful purple Kia, and it's running amazingly! They will explain everything on the paperwork to you, it was such a quick process. Overall a 10/10 experience, not stressful at all

Just bought a 2012 Mazda3 and they had the best service you could imagine! They took every qualification my mom and I had for the car we wanted and they almost instantly gave us the car that would be perfect for us. they really are here for the people, not just to make sales. definitely will come back when needing another car

Just bought a 2006 Acura MDX from Noman and we were very happy with the process and service. Car is in good shape and Noman was really honest about its condition, which Jorge at Tire Choice Auto Service confirmed when we brought the vehicle over for pre-check inspection before purchasing. Was really nice he had it washed too before we picked it up!

Just bought a 2012 Honda fit from them yesterday, it was a great deal. Car was in great condition, engine ran smooth and was exactly as described. They pointed out every flaw the car had, and was very straight forward with me. Everyone here was helpful and knowledgeable, paperwork was fast. I plan to come back for a minivan soon, they have lots of good options on used cars, and fair prices. Highly recommend this place!

Bought a used car from them- they were pretty honest and upfront with the details of the car and price point it was listed at. Pretty friendly but rush you to buy lowkey. Place looked scary but everything regarding the sale of the car was quick, easy, and honest. Would go back for friend or family member.

I bought a car yesterday from Tracy Auto Depot. Noman was so friendly and helpful. I must say, the Honda I bought was the best car I found at what my budget was. There were so many choices for under 10k!!! I am so thrilled with my new vehicle!!!

This place is a FRAUD!I bought a 2017 honda, and referred my daughter there who also bought a car. I was told by one of the salesman/owner that the honda I bought was clean, and has never been in an accident or had any damage. After taking the car to a Honda dealership for front end issues (only 9 months after I bought it) they informed me that the car HAD been damaged and several parts were replaced. I contacted the salesman and he denied having any knowledge of any damage to car. I was then contacted by a car lawyer who confirmed that the car in fact has been in a major accident and was reported .The salesman then denied ever telling me the car had never been damaged and then FORGED both mine and my husband's signature on a carfax and a report saying the car was a THEFT RECOVERY and was involved in a major accident! We had NEVER EVEN SEEN such documents, we would have never bought the car! This place is involved in forgery, AND fraud . We will see these liars in court, it's not even about money, but the lies and forgery! Do NOT go there, they are liars and scammers!

Fraudulent, lying "salesman" at this lot! Don't go there, they are know to forgue signatures and lie about car histories just to make a sale. They don't deserve the one star o had to give.
