Ask for FERNANDO!! I purchased a Bolt EV last Sunday. Wow, was I lucky to get Fernando as my salesman. To start, my son called in to ask a question about the car which he was able to answer on the call right away, then my son asked him to text me so we could connect. When we got there, we met Fernando. What a nice person! So funny, knowledgeable about the car, direct, and so personable. I trusted him and he did not disappoint. No dog & pony show. Easiest and quickest car purchase ever. Thanks Fernando!!

I had a special engine repair need, made more complicated by a supply chain shortage. The Service Manager took on this issue personally to get the job completed right and timely.Thanks Sam. Thanks also to the service associates Todd, John, and Matt, and to Royce, the mechanic, who completed the job.

Today, we purchased a 2015 tundra and I couldn't be happier with how smooth it went. We called last week and a salesman Dominic Leyva was super helpful and knowledgeable. We weren't able to come last week but made it out today and we are very happy with our purchase. I left a review when I bought my car in 2021. I just wanted to update because of the outstanding service I received this week when my anti-theft alarm would not stop going off.Everyone knows how extremely annoying that can be. It started on a Sunday when service was closed but Fernando De La Cruz in Sales went above and beyond to try to help remedy the problem. While Fernando is not a mechanic, he did try to help me eliminate some possible issues. He took a great deal of time with me and seemed to genuinely want to help resolve the issue. He reminded me of what a great salesperson I had when Kevin S. sold me the car. It is clear by my interaction with Fernando that this dealership hires professionals that put the needs of the customer first.The next day, I bought my car in nearly a day before the first available appointment that had been available through the dealerships online system. There was quite a line of cars in front of me but both Matt Coons and John Barlett were patient and helpful even though my appointment was for another day.I have dealt with Matt several times when I have bought my car in for maintenance, He has spoiled me with is prompt, knowledgeable and friendly service. This time was no exception. He kept his cool when there were several customers all of the counter people were trying to help while my alarm almost unseizingly continued to sound.After my initial visit, John Bartlett was my contact person and he made a real effort to return my calls and keep me updated. I have to note that this all occurred as the UAW strike was starting to heat up, so being able to get parts and know when they would arrive was becoming a bit challenging. I was planning an out of town trip and it was imperative that I had my car to get to the airport.John knew I was nervous about this and his updates helped to lessen my worry. John also gave me some "worst case scenario" suggestions that made the situation much less stressful.Finally, I have to thank John Chamberlain. I did not speak with Mr. Chamberlain but he is noted on my receipt as the person who inspected the car, so I believe he is the person that isolated the problem and installed the part, less than an hour after it arrived at the dealership. Without his expertise, I doubt very seriously that I would have my car back and in working order.With a such hardworking and conscious team, I know I did the right thing purchasing and having my car serviced at this dealership.

Service manager told me that it will take 1h or 1hr 30 min for servicing my car. So I decided to stay at the dealership. When I didn’t hear from him in 2h, I inquired and was told it will take another 1h due to many cars being there. After 1h I was told it will take another 1h. Finally I received my car after 5h. It was complete waste of my time. The service manager should have been honest about the fact that it would take time. I live 6miles from dealership and I would have gone home had he given me a right estimate. I understand he can’t be accurate but giving an estimate of 1h while it took 5h is not acceptable. Worst dealership I ever visited. Now I trust Toyota, Honda or Nissan way more than Chevy.

I purchased a 2019 GLS and when I got home thew front rear tire was flat and had a small tear on the sidewall. For 4matic benz you have to change all 4 tires. I bet the tear was there when I purchased vehicle. They have only one finance guy, so the waits are really LONG. I hope car buying was easy as getting groceries delivered. Disappointed with having to spend $2k for tires.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Dominic was the absolute worst. As a 57 y/o woman talk about misogynistic, but, apparently those I've spoke to about my experience had the same experience but it was a male who advised Dominic was just a know-it-all and zero customer service skills! Dominic then had the nerve to say there was a HUGE oil leak...no there isn't nor has there ever been! DO BETTER DOMINIC!
