Massi met us at the door of our car when we pulled up, very prompt in fact a little more than my comfort. They do keep an eye on things and are at your service water, keys etc. There was very little space to privately deliberate. The actual purchase process was slow - 10:30 am-6:00 pm. We walked away with a car unanticipated; I’d say somewhat pressured by sales as one might anticipate from a valley dealer. As I drive it more I am noticing some dilemmas, good to be thorough on your own understanding of the car not just what is described by sales associates. I’ll be bringing it back to be detailed again with the first service.

I had an awful car buying experience at Tracy Nissan, i wouldn't buy any vehicle here. The sales managers are awful, they hide all important information and try to trick the customers with faulty information. I went to this place to trade in my old Nissan vehicle. My overall trade-in was awful, they sold me a wrong vehicle, when i went to them to report the issue, the sales manager claimed it's my mistake and in exchange they made me pay more than i have agreed to pay. At every step, they made all the assumptions & mistakes, but finally I as a customer now have to pay almost 4 grand more than the actual price. So, be careful.

This place is the worst!! I'm at home while my husband is still sitting at their service department going on 6 hours now for a recall job they told us 1-2 hours on the phone while booking the appt. I have now called and asked for a timeframe because bless my husbands heart doesn't want to complain, they left me on hold, someone answered and said can you please hold while I'm already holding, then 5 minutes later ask if they can get my name and number to call me back so they can let me know. Hello!! You guys called me and for this appt so you obviously know my name and number. Such bad customer service!!! 0 stars if I can. To make it worse, they keep texted my husband while he is sitting there asking him to meet about deals on new cars! I am not kidding!!! Absolutely will never come back here again!! Miss the old staff

Came in late on a Sunday afternoon looking to trade in my existing car for something new. We had done a fair amount of homework and knew what we wanted. My husband and I were met by a sales associated, Massi. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made every step of the trade-in and purchase process easy as he could. The sales manager was also very friendly and helpful. We would recommend Massi at Tracy Nissan to anyone.

The service department is horrible, for a month now I have been waiting for warranty work to get done, and Neil said a month ago waiting for approval and call you in a couple days. Now a month later no call, I call service department and Stephen and Jorge looking into it and will call me back and no call back, then I leave a message for service manager and no call back, Jorge at service says Neil or service manager will call me last Friday, and again no call back. I would avoid Tracy Nissan service department but my car only a year old and this service department is a joke. If you can avoid them.

Let me start out by saying that I have bought a few cars from this place over the past 15ish years. The actual buying experience was fine, you're buying a car, you know they are trying to get over on you, every car dealership does. Apparently, I have never had to deal with them after buying because if I had, I would have never gone back. My issue is with after buying the car. The customer service is less than 1 star. They have your money and could care less about their customer service after that. I bought my car in Feb, and they sold me a KARR security system that I was told was already installed. That was a lie. It was not installed. They also sold me a lifetime oil change package, we specifically asked both the two guys that were selling us the car and the finance guy if we could use the oil change package at other Nissan locations and all said yes, again that was a lie. In May, I called the finance guy (Thomas), letting him know I would like a refund for both, he said he would get it handled immediately and told me I would get one credit to my finance company and the the other would be a check mailed. I waited, I sent emails and left messages for Thomas that were 100% ignored. Not one reply from him. I put it on the back burner as my father was sick and ended up passing away during this time. (The reason I let months go by without trying to get an answer) Fast forward to September 25th I'm taking the car in because the sunroof stopped working (we have a warranty that I bought with the car, I've done my part and already know that it is covered) since I'm there already I go to the finance department to talk to Thomas about the refunds that I never received. He and another guy (wish I could remember his name) put it in the system to get me a refund as if it was my first time asking. I waited again, and still no refund, I went back in, Thomas no longer worked there, and the other guy ( that was there last time) helped me. I'm told that they show they sent the paperwork over, but the people who are supposed to issue me the refund never received it. It's now November 3rd, and I still do not have any credit. Oh, but wait, don't go anywhere just yet. The sunroof I went in to get fixed on September 25th still isn't fixed. Amber helped me (she is super nice, and I'm not blaming her at all). The service department looks at the sunroof. Yes, it needs to be fixed. She tells me she needs to call the warranty place to get the okay to move forward and then order parts. Also tells me this is pretty quick and should hear back later that day or the next. The 25th was a Monday, I waited and didn't hear back. I called on Thursday to check, but nothing. I called the following week on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. Here is where my dates and the things I'm told get jumbled. But all in all...here is what I'm told over the first few weeks. Amber is on vacation. Apparently, she is the only person who knows what is going on with my car. (Side note, make sure you ask your service person if they plan to go on vacation because your paperwork just sits) Then Amber isn't there because she had an emergency and again nobody know what is going on. Finally, Amber is back, and things move forward. I'm then told that an inspector from the warranty place wants to look at my car. I have to bring the car in on Oct 12th and get a rental (they paid for it) The next morning, Oct 13th Amber calls and says the inspector can't actually come out and won't be there until Monday. I have to take the rental back and pick up my car. I'm so over everything about Nissan at this point! Monday comes, I get back to Nissan, Inspector shows up, looks at it, and then Amber says she will get the parts ordered as soon as she gets the okay from the warranty place. I want to add that I do not live in Tracy, I'm not down the street, I work from home, and this was a huge waste of my time.I then get a call at the end of October from Amber. The inspector thinks I should go to Ford because they

I drove round trip 4 hours to see a used car at this dealership. When I got there, I was informed that the dealer was charging $1,600 for a security system which they had allegedly installed (it was not even listed among dozens of features of the car in their online ad.)This increased the true price on the car by over 10%. They told me that they add these systems to all of their cars and never reveal this cost in their ads or agree to waive or reduce it (even though they could just remove the system if the customer doesn't want it.) Totally dishonest. Don't waste your time on them (unless you liked getting bullied and ripped off).

I traded in my car to Tracy Nissan recently and it went well. I'm happy with the car that I traded/bought from them and all....buttttt, they FAILED to tell me that it had about an 8" long Crack in the corner of the windshield. I didn't notice it until AFTER a few times of washing the car. I'm TRYING to over look it, and tell myself that it's okay, because "I still have a nice newer car" but I feel that I should be compensated for it. It's a BMW so it won't be a cheap windshield. I'm not sure what to do or if they'll even try to make it right at this point I've had the car for 7 days....

Made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Once there, was told 1.5 hours and I said I would wait in the waiting area. 2.5 hours later I decided to check how much longer. My car hadn't been touched! The explanation was that the technician was out to lunch! I should have looked at these reviews before going there.

I was looking to purchase a nissan leaf from this dealership. I saw the online price and called them to ask if we can work on the price a little more. I pitched them a price of 22k out the door with taxes and fees for their vehicle that was being advertised for 24k. A manager called me back and agreed to the price (I am not saying any names in case they try to get the review taken down). I also got a written text agreeing to the price. We also verbally agreed that it was in fact the same car we were seeing online and verified the vin number. I let them know that I was coming from 2 hours away and that I was taking an uber ride which was over $100. I came well prepared with my pre approval letter and proof of insurance for the car that I was going to purchase. I was very excited for this car and spending two hours in traffic made it worth it. They even said they were going to fully charge it and give it a car wash before I got there. When I arrived they said they couldn't honor the price. I showed them the written text I got as confirmation. The response I got was, that the specific manager I spoke with was not able to make those calls. The head manager also told me "I can give you the employees phone number and you can yell at him" When I asked if I can get reimbursed for the uber ride they said they will have to get an approval. Its outstanding for the amount of good reviews they have, how terrible their customer service was. They pulled the good ol bait and switch. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I wouldn’t buy another Nissan nor bring here for service. Service rep/technician are not well trained. If you plan to keep it stock then you might be in luck but if you plan to change anything then they will void your warranty. I was being told that my Nissan accessory was aftermarket and it voids warranty and when I pointed out that it was a Nissan part number then he changed to I have larger tires so that’s going t to void warranty. It might be just this dealer my first time here they took 4 hrs to do oil change. It was on the lift for 3 hrs. Nissan sells you a truck but don’t want you to use it. Just baby it and keep it on the pavement.
