From notary services to after-hours pickups, printing jobs to mail handling, custom label designs by Christian; they’re my reliable one-stop shop.

I had them very high on my list of reviews but after my visit today with dropping off a return and the staff had to break away from his job to do another part of his job, to tell me there is a computer with a drop box was a bit rude. I have 2 UPS locations near me but I choose the Naglee location because of the friendly staff and great customer service, but not today. If you don't know how to treat customers in a customer service line of work, either call in sick or get a different job where you don't interact with customers.

Unprofessional and disappointing experience..
I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS Store. I placed an order for premium 16pt business cards over the phone, and everything was confirmed—including the price. But when I showed up to pick them up, the price had suddenly increased without any prior notice. The employee had to call the manager (the same person I spoke with earlier) and she claimed it was because I asked to pick them up a day earlier than promised. When I emailed to request early pickup, she replied saying it was no problem—never once mentioning there would be an extra charge.
To make matters worse, the cards were not even premium 16pt as I was promised. I could tell just by feeling them, and when I questioned the employee, he again called the manager. She then completely changed her story and told me the cards were 16pt standard, not premium. So not only did she ignore what was confirmed on the phone, but she flat-out lied to cover it up.
I didn’t want to argue because I was in a rush, so I took the cards. Later, I went to Staples and printed standard 14pt cards just to compare, and it was obvious—the ones from UPS were not thicker or better. In fact, the quality was worse: dark, dull prints with no matte finish as promised.
This was extremely unprofessional, and I won’t be returning for any printing jobs, especially not business cards. Save yourself the hassle and go to Staples instead. At least they’re honest and deliver what they advertise.
