Called the owner for notary for a last will and testament. As soon as I said my grandfather was 90 he told he couldn't do it because he can't tell if my grandfather can still make decisions. Then told me to contact a lawyer. I told him I'm at another UPS store and my lawyer who drafted the paperwork is saying anyone can notarize it.I told him my grandfather is with me and there is nothing wrong with his mind. He asked me to hand my phone to the other middle eastern man who owned the ups store I was already at. They spoke their language and then handed me back the phone and said no can't do the notary here either. My lawyer and I were furious. UPS stores are franchised and apparently stick to their own people. If you're in tracy and need notary don't go to UPS. There is a nice lady who does signatures for 6.00 instead of 15 each her name is Mounika Reddy Varala she's off Norfolk drive in tracy.

I've been there many times since moving to Tracy. Sometimes they are very busy and sometimes not but whatever the number of customers they treat you like you are the only one! They are always friendly & polite even when there's a crowd. Of course one moves along quickly with there are a lot of people there. They are always helpful in taking packages to wreigh or to package up themselves for you. I've had notary services, purchased postage stamps, certified mail, fine deliveries via UPS or postal express depending on the circumstances. The store is always orderly and clean. Thank you for a fine operation.

Every time I come to this UPS Store, the service is consistently great. The team is always helpful and gets things done quickly. Whether I’m dropping off a return or shipping something out, the process is smooth and hassle-free. It’s clear they care about providing good service. Definitely my go-to spot for anything shipping-related.

I stopped by today for a return that had been giving the other UPS store some trouble for almost an hour. Just when I thought it wasn’t going to work out, a lovely older lady from this store got everything processed in less than a minute. Absolute lifesaver! Her experience and kindness completely turned things around. Really appreciate her help — thank you for making my day so much easier!

I came in 20 minutes before the store closed. There was a long line, but the clerks were calm and polite. Taking care of each customer at a time. The other UPS store was already closed, so I appreciate this one being open. I was very happy with the customer service I received .

This is the second time that I’ve gone in and left to drop off my packages at another location. The staff is very rude. The tone they take with customers is unreal. I get that there’s busy times but customer service should still exist even during those times. Even if they are “unable” to help they can at least say things in a nicer manner. I gave them a second chance because I thought maybe the first experience was just me catching them on a bad day, but boy was I wrong.
