This is the second time that I’ve gone in and left to drop off my packages at another location. The staff is very rude. The tone they take with customers is unreal. I get that there’s busy times but customer service should still exist even during those times. Even if they are “unable” to help they can at least say things in a nicer manner. I gave them a second chance because I thought maybe the first experience was just me catching them on a bad day, but boy was I wrong.

This is the UPS Store location closest to my house. It might be the oldest one in town although I'm not positive about that. I've been going there for years. I have always received good service from this location. Staff is always friendly and helpful even during the stressful and busy holiday season. Although it has been a while, I have used the notary service. Everything went smoothly during that process.I would definitely recommend.

I seriously just can't believe how horrible the owner of this place is its just unreal. The dude just simply shows no respect for anyone. I feel like the people that work there probably are being held against their will because no one should work for a guy like this dude. I wholeheartedly recommend the Naglee store instead.

Employee was very rude about Amazon return process. I've never had an issue with using other locations to process returns that weren't packaged or labeled by the customer, instead opting for the free version Amazon recommends that only requires a QR code. Went over all procedures with Amazon customer service prior to this return, but employee required me to package them before she would attach label as "they can't be held responsible" for sending multiple items from an order and she "couldn't print a secondary label" for the second item. Ended up having to buy their expensive packing materials in the store to complete the return as I didn't have time to be driving all over town for what should've been a straightforward scan. Will not return to this location.

I went into this ups store to just make two photo copies. I went to the copy machine but realized I would need some sort of help or directions to use it. In the meantime a woman was sitting on the floor next to another woman sitting at a computer. The woman on the floor was practically screaming some sort of tale of woe. I walked to the register where 2 employees were standing chatting with a customer. I waited patiently until the one employee asked what I needed. I told him two copies and he pointed to the girl at the computer with the crackhead lady screaming at the top of her lungs and said she would help me. He was standing at the cash register not doing anything and made a point to ignore me before he finally told me I would have to wait for the girl with the crazy lady. I suspect he’s the owner or manager. Obviously he doesn’t care about customers. I just walked out. Who knows how long I would have had to wait!!

If I could give this store zero stars I definitely would. This is by far the WORST UPS store in Tracy. The customer service is ALWAYS terrible. The line is always out the door with only one person working and the person that is working is almost always rude. The wait times are RIDICULOUSLY LONG. Better off using usps or trying another store.

Waited about 10 mins in a line, had my QR codes from Amazon ready. I also had three items in one bag. This was a HUGE problem for the store manager. She insisted I take out and separate items, she could not touch them. I complied and two packages were made, but both employees still had major attitudes.This is from Amazon: Show the return code below on your mobile device to an associate at THE UPS STORE, who will scan the QR code, PACK, and ship your return.I'll try another location and hopefully they know the rules.

I see other people having a problem with the same older guy, ... said it's 5$ to print a pre-paid label .. my usps by the house always charges 1$ and this guy said 5$... he just seemed like he didn't want to do his job. We even waited for a while before he even asked us to come forward.

Where do I begin. The older Indian guy who said he was the owner is rude ! We run a small online business so we purchase our labels from a 3rd party. The majority of our packages are UPS for a more cost efficient savings for our customers. We brought in 20 packages and there was a line out the door. Past experiences with other UPS we just leave the packages on the counter because we don't need a receipt. But the Indians guy was rude and had such terrible customer service ! He literally yelled at us, pushed us and and pushed the boxes back in our wagon and force us to get back in line so he can scan the boxes for HIS own peace of mind and sake. That's not my problem! I do my own labels to cut down time because i know the line is always long. It was a terrible experience, we just moved to Tracy but we will NOT be using this location.

I go to this location a lot and every time the line is to the door. They keep saying they're getting more help and "working on it" but nothing changes. I go out of my way now to the location near Home Depot because that spot has figured it out.

This is an excellent, well-run store with knowledgeable, hard working employees. All employees provide excellent customer service and most know me by name. Lidia has been particularly helpful and courteous to me, and she always brightens my day.

Showed up a 9am as open hours state open at 9am, no one showed up to work I guess. Myself and 3 others waited till 9:15 no one showed up.

It's over priced. They're SLOW. The line is ALWAYS out the door (probably because they're slow) the equipment doesn't work half the time and they don't tell you until you stand in the line and get to the counter. At least post it so people don't wast time standing there for 20+ minutes just go get turned around.
