I would like to say that it is great that certain UPS storesare open on Sunday. This allows you to send out a package if you work six days a week and can only do it on a Sunday.

They’re very busy but took the time to help me unload my packages from the car and even helped with dropping off bigger packages in the back entrance. They were quick and respectful even when busy. Thank you to the kind gentleman that helped me!

if anyone is thinking of going to this ups DO NOT GO . The customer service is always rude not to mention the indian guy that works there is COMPLETELY RUDE . I needed a small piece of tape to wrap my package and instead of helping out like other ups places help where they use the one that literally with them he charged me for a new whole tape for me to buy . FIRE HIM Or Tell him to Calm down there is literally another review saying the exact same thing . This is supposed to be a small friendly city it doesn’t need to be miserable here

Passport Photo: I do not recommend them for this. They are really get UPS store but not for passport photo. To get a digital photo, the price goes up - $10. The digital photo you get is two small photos. For $10, they can't even send you a photo that is usable for passport appllication. Seriously, a digital camera sending via email increases cost and is not usable for the application. The background through all of this is not white.

Worst customer service which I have seen in entire United States , never gonna visit this store again, there is rude Indian guy in this store who is very offensive and treat customers like school children.

Customer Service is always great at this location. Vanita was especially helpful with mu shipment. She to great care with my important equipment that needed to be packed and shipped. Awesome work!

Every time we come in Vanita exceeds our expectations. She is kind, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable of the products and services UPS offers. She even gave us insider tips on certain companies return procedures. Vanita is a gem and we will continue choosing UPS for our shipping needs due to Vanita.

Don't use for printing! This place is a ripoff. You have to send the file to their email address, but then they charge for that over $3. Who charges for an email fee in this day & age?!

Everyone in that store, all employees as well as the owners, are always smiling, professional, helpful , honest and always willing to help. I was helped today by Vanita and she was exceptional. My visit there did not even last a couple of minutes. The store was packed, but everyone was happy all the customers and we did not have to wait for long.
The store is always clean and bright. They know most of the customers by first name
If there’s a way to give them 10 stars, I will have no hesitation.

I find it to be a quick and easy experience for shipping items. It helps save me time, so I'm sure others would appreciate it as well. The packaging assistance service is a bit pricey, but so long as you package your own items and value the time convenience it's a competitive option compared to USPS. Also, I personally never had an issue with customer service. Staff is friendly 😄
