Pathetic service. Only one person is available at any given time. Whoever is available like to talk to the customers forever sharing their personal stories when there are bunch of people waiting. Moved all my accounts, never going back.

Be careful when they want to sell you financial products like CD. They won’t tell you about auto renewal clause and then penalize you to get your own money back.

Just wanted to thank U.S. Bank for ordering food from Lemongrass Thai food restaurant in Livermore and graciously providing lunch for the employees at Livermore Kaiser. It was very thoughtful and much appreciated and also very delicious. Thank you

Sick and tired of the issues here. The ATM is always broken. Bank is closed and no working ATM is very very annoying. Too few branches in Tracy. Didn't have a good experience with the lady that helped me the other day either. After I patiently endured a long wait she belittled my transaction. Made me feel like I was unconvincing her. Then she does the math sort of and asks me if that sounds right. Um what? Isn't your job about math? Couldn't believe it. Was she hung over? Rather make my way over to Eleventh and use the bank in Safeway .

I recently moved and my main bank is this one In tracy, I'm having trouble with my account and I was feeling rushed off the phone and wasn't able to ask any questions before the phone was hung up. I suggest hiring more people
