The customer service is absolutely terrible from the financial planner to telephone customer service. They delay every transaction possible and do not have any documentation available on line to verify transactions. Go somewhere else!

I will never use this ATM to deposit again it took 320 $ of my money and it’s been 5 days and still no deposit it is all the money I had for myself now I don’t even know how I am getting to work next week this has ruined my holiday how hard is it to review there camera.

I experienced the best service with Khushma. She got my account set up same day as I called.I was in a hurry to get my account going. She fit me in within two hours. Everything went really smooth. She didn't rush me. She was very patient and explained everything really good. She helped me out so much. I got a credit card and I am very happy with the decision I made. she is very intelligent. I will definitely be switching all of my bank accounts to us bank here. the customer service you get here is amazing,then what I was getting at Wells Fargo. I used to have to wait in line for 20 minutes and I would get hurried at Wells Fargo, and when I set up a appointment sometimes it would take a week. Big difference come into this bank. Everyone is very nice. They take care of you and do not rush you and make sure you are happy with the decisions you make I also like how they went over my information and had me verify everything to make sure everything was correct I highly recommend Khushma! She is very professional at her job. This company is very lucky to have her. Thank you so much US Bank I will definitely be bringing my business here.

I've been coming to this US Bank Branch for 5 years now. The staff here is super cool. Their ATM machine is open 24/7 which is nice. So when they're closed, you can still stop inside to get money out, as the ATM is indoors. I recently came in a few weeks ago to cash in some coins, quick heads up on that, you need to have the coins rolled prior to coming in. The staff helped me organize and recount the rolls and got me out of there quickly. One thing about this place is you never have to wait to get what you need done as they usually have 3-4 employees and never a line.

Do not go to this bank they don't like to help customers every time I go in they say they need appointment but yet they have nobody inside all they want you to do is go to the drive-through and that is it I haven't been able to do any of my banking because I am not able to go into A bank

I have banked with US Bank for over 20 years and have had experiences that have been off and on over the years. But cynthia and her staff were extremely helpful today helping me with a minor issue in my accounts. Very friendly and explained what had happened was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Fantastic customer service.

3 times went in this branch no one was waiting. Manager tells me to come back at a later time. Don't be surprised if this happens to you. They should be replaced by virtual bank tellers.

Branch manger was a Dick on the phone. He did not want to take the time to give a sympathetic explanation of why his branch required more paperwork then any other time we have need a medallion. I can't imagine him moving up to a DM without significant improvements him communication skills. Good luck bro!

I had banked with us Bank for years. I had fraud done to me. This bank froze my account and treated me like the criminal and not the victim. They told me that it would take 3 to 5 business days to release my money. Now it 15 business days. When I call I get voicemail only. They say they will call me back but don't. So when I call the main number to the fraud unit and finally spoke to a live person he was cold, rude and hung up on me. Never open an account with US Bank. They will never have your back or treat you with respect.
