Never been to a more professional oil change place. Knowledgeable, friendly, precise. And they like their job. I think probably they were veterans but I'm not sure.

Very knowledgeable and friendly technicians working here. The manager Dominic explained to me my transmission was coming up overdue! Even though I didn’t have the time, I will definitely be back in the future to get them done! Great job Dominic and the rest of the Valvoline team!

We took our car here for an oil change as we received a coupon in the mail.
After the oil change, we had issues with the car a little bit after, and when I took my car to get serviced, they said there was no oil?! Told them where and when I got my oil change and said nope, there's no oil which caused the issues to the vehicle.
Will not be coming back.

This team is always super great, polite, and quick on work. I’ve been taking my vehicles to Valvoline for a few years now, at this location specifically they always take really great care of my vehicles. Don’t give too much attention tothose one star reviews, the team here is awesome just like the quality service.

The guys are polite but wow! It was a horrible experience. I gave the guy $60.03 and he didn’t enter the 3cents so he told me he could not give me the correct change because he had to reopen the transaction. For .03!! another person came after me and got service before I did. The two cars in front of me took 30 minutes each and I had to change bays. Not only that, but the person who didn’t give me the change told me he could not give me a discount because he just got there and didn’t know if I had really been waiting as long as I said. No manager or nothing came to talk to me… they also didn’t reset my service light inside my car or tell me about the leak in transmission oil. I only know because I saw it on the screen. Can’t say I’d ever be back.

Amazing team! Everyone here is very knowledgeable about their services and what they can do for your car. Kylie and Kevin and the oil changer in the bay are all great people and will take great care of you. I'll be going here from now on!
