Beware, both the insurance and the skill set of this site is in question. Lost a phone, went to store...instead of using the insurance at $60 per month that I paid for a year...they did not have a SE phone...so instead of using insurance and getting a 12--the next available option, he told my wife to use the upgrade with a new program that saved money. So instead of no fee insurance...charged us $332...and increased to unlimited data to increase $60 more per month...when i only use 3g of 16g per month. Now why would I pay $600 in the year I have had insurance...only to have to pay $332 to replace the phone...using an upgrade...and then increase using data I did not need. First, insurance appears to be a scam, they find a way to not honor the replacement...and upgrade so you pay nearly as much for a new phone...and then what is the disconnect to tell us we would save $6 per month...when it really cost $60 a month more. Then it took me 4x hours, 7 calls to get $140 back...and then to cancel the insurance. Guess I will look at xfinity after all..Verizon is a little shady.

Had the best experience at this Verizon store. My issue was my calls dropping. The salesperson or I guess I should say customer service person, was very helpful she was very knowledgeable able to solve my problem quickly and with a friendly manner. I felt will served taken care of and my problem was solved. No more dropped calls! Sorry to see others have not had that experience but for me, outstanding customer service and the store is quiet enough that at least, while I was there, I was the only customer in the store. Much easier to get service than some of the other stores in town that are just simply smaller and have more foot traffic at least in the mid-afternoon on a weekday.

Very disappointed with this store. The employees need to be more transparent with the offers, activation fees etc. $40 for activating an iPhone??? Even a kindergartener can activate an iPhone. At the end of the day, they charged me $90 stating it’s for installation/activation. I would have just bought it from Apple Store. Very disappointing. ZERO STARS

This location has a new manager named Susan. She's so helpful, patient, and very knowledgeable. She works very closely with her staff to find a solution for all problems that customers may have regarding Verizon Service/Product. By far, the best experience!! If you want to avoid the online experience, hassle of being on long calls to customer care for orders/deals. You definitely will feel confident in your shopping, if you go in store and ask for Susan, Savanna, Saul, Chris, or Daunte. These guys are awesome !!

My friend Harpal singh visited this store yesterday and booked 2 15 pro mobiles My friend from punjab. They not well have well knowledge about device. By mistake my friend booked 2 phone at that time He. Forgot their card at home but they pay cash at that time and the worker agree with cash payments but after some time. The manager say that cash transaction are also not available. But the workers active the phone and the manager say that you will come tomorrow with card my friend agree with manager and next day he go over there. As take leave from their job. When they go over there manger she don’t attend them. And behave roughlyBut my friend. Talk with politely. At last manager say that the both phone was canceled tomorrow my brother feel very bad and feel disappointed.So i said that the manager over there have very bad manersSo my all friends make decisions that we all. Switch our verizon sim to at&tI have very bad experience over there and it waste my time and money as wellSo please change that manager from over there so the company not face any losse from further

This is the worse place ever. I have been lied to i was told i would get a promotion deal for trade in and a free phone for adding a new line and i still have not received it. My bill went up from $500 a month to $900 a month and every time i go and to get it resolved they tell me they are working on it and that they will call me back and they never do. I have probably been in there like 6 times.

I would just like to say a huge thank you to Susan, Alexis and Saul. My fiancee and I came in during the evening and it's holiday season so we knew there was going to be a wait. Thankfully, even though it was late in the day, these three still gave us the best customer service as if we were their first customer of the day. They answered all our questions, they were respectful (told them we were trying to ball on a budget), and great to chat with! Thank you!
