I am disgusted with the level of unprofessionalism this establishment showcased this morning. I went on my daily strolls this morning and needed to stop it at my local Walgreens when in line. I had to break some change. The elderly clerk named "SHEILA" was so cold in her nature, she payed me no mind and when I had asked to break change she told me "not for you we don't". I then had asked if I had bought something with my money if then I could get change. She then responded with "I won't authorize that". Well alright SHEILA, you just lost a customer. I hope somebody puts you in a home. Serves you no right to treatment like the dog that you think I am. When In reality the name Sheila was the name of my childhood dog who ran away. I suggest you do the same with your job. Run away and go to a home. #IWillPrayForYou

I don't like leaving negative reviews but this pharmacy is so worthy. 1. PROCESSING- they texted my prescriptions were ready. I went to pick up. I waited 15 mins in line to find they were not ready. So, waited 25 more for them to process and then another 15 in line again. I asked if i could bypass the line since i already waited it in once and they said no. Then i find out some of my prescriptions were still missing. TRACKING SYSTEM. Rather than wait in line again they recommended using their tracking system and to return when ready. That system indicated my missing prescriptions were processing. This status never changed for a full week. I finally called and they said they'd process now and to come and pick up. So i was back at step 1 waiting in line again. Not to mention i had already been without my meds for over a week. 2. NO PRESCRIPTION DROP OF LINE - So you wait in their long line twice to get your prescriptions. 3. DRIVE THROUGH is extremely slow. Ive never waited less than 40 minutes in line. Today i waited an hour. 4. DELIVERY SYSTEM - I opted for delivery on a refill. After 7 days of no delivery. I called and they told me the courier never picked it up. So i ended up having to go and pick it up...back in their long line again. 5. Calling in for a Persription refill is hit or miss. Sometimes rather than give you a pick-up time it will transfer you to speak to a pharmacist. When then happens I've been placed on hold repeatedly only to be hung up on after waiting over 20 minutes. Other than a good location for me there's is absolutely nothing positive about this pharmacy. Save yourself and try anywhere else. It couldn't be worse.

I called to see if my photos are ready to be picked up, I called 4 times, each time the lady hung up or said she would direct me to the photo department, but instead hangs up. On the 3rd call, I was put on hold for 10 minutes, no update. On my 4th call, she says hello and immediately hangs up the phone. It takes 2 minutes to check, Im sure they're not that busy.

shame on walgreens pharmacy staff!!! endangering the wellness of a patient trying to retrieve medication. blaten discrimination, race, appearance, educated person. told to sit down, refusal to provide customer service, refusal of assistance !!!! then had customer repay for prescription already pre paid via internet. did anyone know about walgreens rx???? after finding out via self research, joined then prepaid medication to find out... the store dengrrates customers, discriminated against their customer and demanded a duplicate payment to aquire medication. shame on you walgreens pharmacy personnel. wow

customer service sucks. i called on the phone, asked a simple question and immediately cut me off and said "no, no we don't have anything like that bye" without letting me finish my question. if you're having a bad day, don't take it out on your customers. so rude for no reason.

They don't respect the offers on the weekly add. Manager said i can only take 1 offer of 3x$10.99 on coca cola cans. Even though the price label offer didnt have a limit!!! Made come all the way over here for bs!!! I guess corporate offers don't apply to all stores. They should say "qualifying stores"

1. They don’t match online price2. They cannot refund bag fees (that online web says can)3. Online item number doesn’t match store item number, took awhile to resolveall these shows that Walgreens just don’t care.

I went in to pick up pictures that were ordered online. Stood in line for 20 minutes as the associate was helping another (1) customer, never acknowledging me. Finally got rang up by another rude employee. The items that I needed were completly empty shelves.

Horrible. You order online for a pickup, website said item in stock--only for them to cancel the order. This is the worst pharmacy ever. They didn't fill a prescription my doctor sent to the pharmacy.

They gave me the wrong brand of my medication (which I’ve tried in the past and was ineffective to my body) without disclosing it to me and when I went back there to have them fix it they said their hands were tied. I had to jump through hoops talking with my doctor, other pharmacies, my insurance, etc. A situation that totally could’ve been avoided if the information was just disclosed to me…..

Ordered a calendar - got there a few mins before the time said it'd be ready. They said another 20 mins - okay no biggie. Got there a little over a hour later & still not done. I get it if you're busy, but please call and let people know. I get that time is a commodity and I'm sure they get busy - but my time is important too. So a phone call would have been nice & I would have gladly picked up 90 mins late and save 2 trips to Walgreens.

Don't have Fed Ex hold your package at this Walgreens. It arrived there while I was out of town. The FedEx ex site says this Walgreens holds packages for 5 days from date of receiving it. When I went into the store, I was told 3 days and that they didn'thaveit. It turned out to be neither. They received it 5/3 @ 12:50 pm and I showed up today 5/5 at 3:45pm. People WORK so it should have been held till closing and sent back the next day if it was 3 days. The notification I received on my phone said it would be held for 5 days starting on May 3rd, NOT true. I called FedEx Ex and they're sending it back to this Walgreens. God help me.
