Dorothy at the vision center is the absolute best!! I didn't need the division department but no one answers at customer service or any other department if you need to call this store. I lost my receipt for a microwave and she wrote down my name and number and had the manager of the store call me back and they are going to call me when they locate my receipt. I'm so thankful for Dorothy!

Worthless, when I was there several customers were complaining about various problems. Spoke to Store manager Blanca, your better off talking to a rock!! Not helpful at all. Brushed problem to another of her worthless employees.

Sign says they open at 6 am! They never do. Employees walk by and ignore the crowd waiting outside. Employees walk into work and ignore the crowd. They do it all the time.

I went this evening 11/7/23 at 6:30pm to buy a phone and and have it activated but the sales associate at the counter told me that the sales associate who could help me with the phone went home. Their posted hours in the department should be until 7pm. Very disappointing.

Bring back the checkers. There were only 2 checkers and a bunch of empty registers and people in line were GRUMPY! 7pm on a Sunday I ran out for a last minute purchase thinking it would be easy since Walmart is close by where Im staying but nooooooooope. Terrible. Crowded and 2 checkers and lots of employees in aisles working but not easy to get out of there.

WARNING ALL SHOPPERS ::::Walmart Tracy Ca. please check the expiration dates on your deli meats. Today 8/31/23 a young member of my family was in a rush and purchased a pack of Oscar Mayers sliced Turkey breast. When they arrived home I unload the bags, and I noticed the meat didn't look appealing. I immediately was shocked and angered to see an expired date of JULY 9th.... ALMOST 2 MONTHS EXPIRED!!!! No doubt if consumed the emergency room visit would have been the next stop. Do better Walmart and remove all expired food items. Someone could not only be exposed to food poisoning but possible death could occur.

This is a convenient walmart for me but the customer service is suck, really suck. I went to customer service area because I don't have change for lotto machine. You have to have sort of exact change. So, I said Hi to a lady who worked there but she just looked at me and continued what she was doing. I watched her patiently as she work then a minute later she look back and said hi. I raised my hand with lotto form and she said, are you buying lotto? (Well duh, yeah)I said, Yes! Then she will tell me that they are not selling lotto. The machine was in front of me!!!! AND WHY ASKED IF I AM BUYING AND SHE WAS NOT GONNA SELL IT ANYWAY!!!! I asked if I could get change. She cannot give me change either. Why call it customer service if they can't help you with your needs??? :( :( :(

Came here to purchase the garage cabinet. Clearly there are 2 different products that they sell. 1 is a 30lb shelf capacity and 1 with a 50lb shelf capacity both ringing up as $120.00 but the CSM refused to sell me the 30lb cabinet because it was ringing up as $120. She refused to read the description although they had both products on the floor. I couldn't stress it enough that they have both products with different description. The CSM couldn't comprehend what she was looking at and continue to tell me the price is the same. Here are some photos that I showed her.

Passport picture reviewI came here a few months ago to get passport pictures. The guy at the photo center was professional. He took a few pictures of me and showed them to me and said, "this one is with flash, this one with no-flash" and asked me to pick which one I liked. I was kinda like wow. He was friendly and so I felt comfortable asking him if he could do a re-take b/c I didn't like them. The service was pretty good and I left happy with my pictures. For 2 pics, it's about $7. super cheap compared to other places.I returned a few days ago to get another set of pictures taken and was expecting the same experience. This time the lady was nothing like the guy who had helped me. The lady just took the pictures and goes "ok come back in 15".She didn't offer to show them to me like the other guy, so I go, "Can I see them?". She hesitantly showed them to me and had an attitude about it and so I said, "I'm paying for them afterall, I should see them"She showed me 1 photo which looked okay-ish. It was a zoomed out pic.When I picked them up, I looked terrible. That wasn't the picture she had shown me. I guess she took others and used the worst one.

Review for Order Pick-Up. I like to order online to 1. Keep my list in check and 2. Efficient time management. I have had a few mess ups in the past but nothing like today. Today was an abysmal disaster. After parking and checking in, an attendant took almost 15 minutes to come to my car. Ok, no biggie. Except my order was "incomplete and would take a few minutes for the shopper to grab a few items from the list" 20 minutes later... a girl being 2 of the wrong items to me. Then! When I get home ELEVEN ITEMS WERE MISSING. I called, of course, they said to return for the items. When I did - the bags brought to me we're probably someone else's order because half of the items were wrong, missing and stuff I didn't have on the order. Now, I understand when we use these services our patience is the exchange we must use with grace for the convenience of "order pick up" But seriously?! How many mistakes can one possibly make in one single order?! I didn't have the patience or energy today to be gentle with the attendant who brought the wrong order to me. After all, I don't know if he was the one who made the mistakes. What I do know, is the quality control is far too low. Especially considering how many families are struggling to put food on the table, let alone the correct food. Management needs help. This is a problem that can only be corrected from the top. These "kids" are all super young and probably have ever had to plan and purchase and entire weeks groceries for a family of five. They have no working knowledge of that burden - at least not the teens I've had interactions with. Are they rude? No. But they don't care enough to do a job well done. After today, I can't say I'll ever use this service again. Not for any order larger than 5-10 items. Buyers: double check your bags before you leave the lot. Keep them accountable. The good news: I got a refund easily through the app.
