Where to even start... ZERO stars if I could...came for literally a couple items, one in which was locked up. Pressed the call button provided for assistance that reads " HAPPY TO HELP" took about 5-10 mins for a worker to pass by and tell my husband "i'll be right back." 10 mins pass, no sign of her "coming right back" then another 5-10 mins later after hearing the overhead say "assistance needed in bikes" just before I was about to approach another worker to ask for help, she made her way toward the area (assuming she was going to tend to the area being requested at) my husband ended up having to stop and ask as she passed right by if she could help him and she (CATRINA) UNhappily turned to help with a big sigh like " where do you need help at" .. -_- hubby gets what we been waiting for, she says she gotta walk it up herself and that it'll be on lane 6 .. the longest and ONLY line open besides 2 which also was lengthy .. and guess what?? It WASN'T at register 6 or any other one for that matter. Chris on lane 4 who opened up for us next in line, was so kind to help us and check not once but twice, and then Dina comes along and happily lends a hand to triple check where the item was SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN BROUGHT to, but unfortunately my hubby HAD to walk all the way back to bikes/tires area to get another box and Dina was so nice and patient enough to walk with him to grab it for us. I saw CATRINA near the customer service desk and as she walked by me i nicely said excuse me n she kept walking and i said it again and she looked at me with attitude and again... UNhappy to be of assistance as I asked bout the item she said she would bring to register 6 that couldn't be found by our cashier, she had to hunt for it herself when SHE was the one who had the box in her hand to begin with. Smh. THANK YOU SO MUCH DINA AND CHRIS for your amazing customer service. NO THANK YOU to CATRINA for your unnecessary sighing, attempt to ignore and lack of patience and customer service. DO BETTER Walmart with your closed lanes and unhappy employees who are NOT "happy to help."

literally worst customer service ever LMAO i asked two people for help in fabrics and literally no one ever showed up and i had been waiting for 30 minutes

Had an order of tires the order keeps getting delayed. Tried to cancel they would only cancel half the order and took 7day to refund. When I arrived at the store no one will come to the tire service desk. Stood for 20mins before leaving

Dorothy at the vision center is the absolute best!! I didn't need the division department but no one answers at customer service or any other department if you need to call this store. I lost my receipt for a microwave and she wrote down my name and number and had the manager of the store call me back and they are going to call me when they locate my receipt. I'm so thankful for Dorothy!

wanted something from jewelry department pushed the button no one came waited a while looked at the cards while waiting. Rang it again . finally a young women walked by talking in her ear piece who's working jewelry. Apparently the girl was out to lunch she said well someone has to be covering for her. Long story short rang it again someone finally came and the poor lady didn't know how to unlock the extra lock on the case.she went to get the key tried once didn't work .asked if I wanted to wait an half hour for the girl to come back from lunch. I'm not that type of person to get nasty I just told her I will get something else and thanked her. I just went home.
