I normally don't like to bad review in business that are in my neighborhood. I been in my house for nearly 5 years, I have never once come in this bank without a line of at least 7-8 people. They always short staffed and take forever to take one transaction. Usually only 2-3 tellers max, and sometime even 1. I only was able to talk to a teller there once or twice during these 5 years, most of the time I leave halfway waiting. Most the time I'll just go there to use the atm, if I go inside These wait are usually no less than 30 mins. I start going to the other one in Tracy instead, friendly staff and usually little to no wait due to the fact that branch is actually staffed.

Worst staff ever at this location. Would not do her job as a teller to where the manager had to step in and assist. Do not work at a place you don't want to work at. It shows. Need better employees.

Customer service was terrible. I scheduled an appointment for 4pm for February 23. For me to get to my appointment and wait about 17 minutes for someone to tell me the person that's supposed to open my account called out. I didn't get any cancellation message or anything in that sort. I asked to speak to a manager and apparently the manager was "off". I was told " I can't do anything for you, it's other people waiting" , now I refuse to open an account with Wells Fargo.

Waited for 30 minutes to cash a simple check from wells, and they don't have money to cash the check . The worst bank.

I had to wait a week for an appointment, after attending the appointment date I was made to wait as they help other people without appointments first. I waited 45 min and still wasn’t help, I had to walked out. I am very disappointed and frustrated with this branch.

too worse facilities . No proper time for the appointments booked. Just ignoring the customers . Felt much disappointed . Just waiting for somebody to help us even after having an appointment at a fixed time. Really worse.

I banked with Wells Fargo before but I kept getting charged all these maintenance fees and other crap fees so I closed my account with them. The reason I'm still going to this bank is because I do business with someone who has an account here. Anyway, this bank (I believe it's this particular branch) is so damn slow. EVERY TIME I come here, there's a line to the door. For some reason, they take so long with each client. They have 2 tellers, MAYBE 3 working the front, who (most of them) are not friendly and don't even smile, they have 3-5 people standing around stupervising, and more sitting at the desks helping other clients. 30 minutes is the average time for standing in line, today I was there for about 40 minutes. Thought things would've changed after Covid but no, just as slow as it was then. When I go to my bank, I'm there at the most 5 minutes. When they see a line, another teller opens up until there's no line. Why can't this bank do the same? Crap service.

I use to bank with them. Karen, this Peruvian female. Terrible banker got me in to all sorts of problems with my business. And the whole time they thought it was me.

Massive line everytime. Never enough tellers. Haven't seen this issue at other branches I don't know why this one is terrible

Understaffed. Slow service x 10. When I was there today, the line inside was 15 people strong....then the line extended out the door by 5 more. That's ridiculous.

The worst service ever. This review is for bankers not tellers. I don't know who hired those ladies but they are rude and lazy. Feel like they don't want to work at all.

9am...3-3-2023...First attempt 4:15...3-3-2023...Second attempt Went here at 9am Friday morning after a 12 hour night shift. Hit the outside ATM real quick no problem. Reluctantly when I got to my next location about 2minz down the road I realized I left my darn ATM card in the machine. Ohh snap I went into a frenzy to go right back to retrieve it being that I just deposited $1500.00 cash into my account. I get there no card, of course and it wasn't returned inside neither. I quickly stopped action on the card with a teller...all my funds where there including the new deposit. No worries but I had to wait in line to withdraw the cash I was gonna use from my card at the next location since I stopped action on the card but, the line was literally darn near out the door so I chose to leave and come back since I has been up all night from my 6pm to 6am shift. Herez where the bullshiit starts: I retuned back at 4:15pm after some much needed sleep. Upon arrival the line was still darn near out the door with only 3 tellers assisting customers, but I had to patiently wait since my card was inactive. Yelp family I did not get to a teller until 5pm and had to be at work in Oakland at 6pm. I got my cash and left about 5:05pm. As I was leaving the manager said ("enjoy your evening"). I replied this place really needs more help, it's a madhouse in here. He sarcastically replied ("it is what it is enjoy your evening"). Normally I have time to address a situation like that but I had to go to work for 6pm in Oakland ya diig. But the nerve of a smiling smirking face with the sarcastic remark all most took me there ya'll. Dude really doesn't need to be there, and no I did not get his name but he was the only male on shift at 5pm as I left. I've been with Wells Fargo since I was 17 years old, Daly City Branch. I rarely need to go inside a bank and for sure will NEVER return to the Tracy Branch on 11th Street. Special kudos to the luvly lady that kept me calm during my frantic moment with my card.
