Wells Fargo is the. Worst. Bank. Ever. Doesn’t matter what location you go to either. They all suck so bad. They barely have workers. If there are some, they work the slowest I have ever seen(might as well be at the dmv). Every time I have walked into one the line is ALWAYS long. I spend at least an hour every time I come here. I don’t bank with Wells Fargo thank god but I come here to deposit checks for a business(poor business banking with Wells Fargo). I can’t talk enough about how terrible they are.

I went here to open an estate act . I was amazed how much better this bank was than chase . I had no problem opening the act thanks to competent people who helped me get the act openedThank you very much

I m for 3 pm appointment No one care u r here in middle a fat guy dealing with customer just talking in there language and now lady told me we don’t have appointments with you show us something that confirms that appointment I’m out bad bank bad ppl don’t trust Wells Fargo if they can’t save u r appointment how the hell keep safe u r money think abt ?????

I want to say thankyou to this branch. Our company had a lot of money in Wells Fargo and we pulled it out because of the service of the other branch on 11th street. It seems like all the rude people get booted out of the the Tracy Blvd branch and have to go to the 11th street branch. Tracy Blvd Wells Fargo is awesome. Keep up the great service Dave

Please do not do business with these people. The customer service is terrible. I went in for an appointment and waited on “Leah” who was sitting right in front of me sitting at her desk not engaged with me and the appointment I’d set that took two months to get.Btw this was after nearly 90 days of Customer Service specialist online “losing” my electronic file, me resending signatures, forms, confirmations over and over. I was transferred to new advisors multiple times just to start over.You can’t possibly do any worse any where else. I walked into a BofA branch and opened my account an hour later. Even though a client of mine insists on Wells I am dropping the account (six figures) because Wells employees are impossible to deal with and I lose money trying to solve the problems Wells brings into the process.Using this “I could care less” branch, or Wells is just rewarding bad behavior.

This is the worst bank I have ever been to, they are always backed up through the door and the employees are always standing around. The manager doesn’t have a clue what she is doing. Please don’t bank here tell they fix these issues!

Went in today, to try to do some banking. However, the line went around the building. I waited for a bit until I got inside. I realized there was only one individual working the front counter, literally counting pennies. For 20+ people in line, the individuals in the back at the time could've helped the one lady working the counter. Just moved back to this area and I can tell you Wellsfargo in Portland are way better.

Tried calling all day with no response. Would like to schedule an appointment but I can't even leave a message for them to call me back. This is bad customer service. Management should take note and work on setting up a voicemail if they are going to not answer their phones
