Terrible customer service. I wouldn't use them again. I had to do the hand holding to get my cholesterol medicine otherwise the lady had pretty much decided to send me home without my prescription medication. She got stuck on one of the two medications that was back ordered and was stonewalling the other medication too along with it. I walked her through systematically to separate the back ordered medicine from the one that was available and would be ready for pickup. On top of that their communication skill was crappy too. Waiting there for seemingly for ever to pick up my one available medicine. Not sure what they are doing with literally no waiting in the in-store line. There are some drive through folks though. I keep waiting endlessly...

This pharmacy is probably the worst I've ever seen. They constantly don't have my prescriptions ready, give me extra of one prescription and then I'm going days/weeks without others. The automatic refills are a joke as it either skips refills or refills prescriptions after you're already out. Not to mention the time for the drive-thru. The drive thru is for quick, ready to go prescriptions. If a person's order is going to take too long they should be told to head inside. I spent 23 minutes on hold on the phone to wait to talk to someone just today until they finally took me off hold to hang up on me. Will definitely be looking for a new pharmacy.

I will give them credit for the improvements to staff. The new pharmacy manager is much more professional than the last. The only thing is that you still have to wait for long times to pick up prescriptions or get help over the phone. Hopefully, that will improve soon.

Terrible service, especially the pharmacy. It has gotten a little bit better but there's only specific people that work there who really know what they're doing. The Walgreens tends to get noisy due to the long lines of customers waiting at the pharmacy. The food that they do have is usually fresh and up to date.

This Walgreens pharmacy is horrible. Constantly running out of important prescriptions. I don't understand how this happens every other time I go to fill a prescription. Then when I ask when it will be In stock It's 5 days out maybe. Usually longer. This is getting ridiculous

Very irresponsible service, went for my passport photos, they took the photos and told me to pick up next day, when next day i went to pick up there was no record of my photos. So please dont go to this place at least for photos. Total waste of time.

This review is for the pharmacy. If you think your prescription will be filled promptly - think again. Time after time I have gone to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription (that oh by the way was electronically sent in several days prior) and it is not ready. Sadly, while waiting in line, I hear other customers up at the window being told the same thing. And oh by the way - in VERY small print under the pharmacy business hours you will read that they are closed from 1:30 to 2:15 for lunch. Learned that one the hard way - I'm done!

Unbelievable it's 2:20 and they are still closed. Even if they left late for lunch they can send one or two on time so they are open on time. They need to change the hours of they MAKE THEIR OWN HOURS.They have 8 people going to lunch at the same time.. what on earth is this?? Why would I call and request for a refill and when I get here.

This pharmacy location needs help. I'm not sure if it's the staffing but I see a lot of staff around, right now I see 6 employees walking around. Eversince Savemart closed, we had to go to this location.We really like this location to improve. Please do the best to get better If we schedule appointments, please be on time. Not let us wait for another 45min. Meds Pick up times are an issue too. I had to wait long in the drive thru lane and then they told me to go inside and pick up my meds to wait again. It's sooooo sad. Happened to me three times Please please improve!!! We would love that this location to get better. Please !!!Looking forward to your location to be a 5 star rating.

By far the worst pharmacy there is. They never get any of the insurance or prescriptions correct or on time. The front end employees are excellent though.

The Worst pharmacy I have ever seen.I need to wait at pharmacy for 2hours with a kid for vaccines and they are pretty bad at services. I have seen 5 out of 10 have complaints and I don't recommend this place unless if you are ok to wait hours together.
