It’s like renting space from family! Juan is such a kind man! The entire property is clean and easy to get in and out of! I love that they have business meeting rooms as well! We had our office holiday luncheon in one of the rooms and it was perfect! I cannot recommend this place enough! 😁

Zip Space Storage is an excellent facility.
They have many sizes available and are the lowest price in Tracy. Gated, lighted, and video recorded with your safety in mind. I've been with them since 2019 when we moved from Tracy to SoCal. We had a short break when we thought we were staying in SoCal and moved everything in storage to SoCal. Fast forward, we ended up having to come back to Tracy; therefore my call was to Zip Space again for my needs. Never once have I had a problem!
Juan is the contact person. He is very conscientious, prompt, and knows his tenants by name. That's A plus service in my book. Thank you Juan and Zip Space Storage for making my life easier!

Zip Storage is the best storage facility and I've rented from and I have rented few of them. The manager is professional, polite, and courteous !!! I highly recommend the storage facility !!!

This place is amazing and their containers are clean and dust free. Their fees were very reasonable and they only increased by $10. I previously rented elsewhere and not only was everything covered in dust, but there was evidence of mice activity. The other place almost doubled my rates after over year. Zip Space is honest and their facility is always neat and their staff is friendly.

Highly recommend this place! Storage units are air/ water tight with absolutely no mice or bug issues. Rented a unit with for almost two years without a single problem of any kind, and the monthly price only went up a tiny bit in that timeframe. I lost the key to my lock several times, but the staff was very helpful in removing the old lock and they actually sell locks on site. The office has a bathroom, water and coffee station, and a place for you to sit/ conduct work if necessary. Staff is consistently friendly and helpful. Juan is always very informative and personable. I recommend this place to everyone in need of a storage unit! I personally drove 30 minutes out of my way just to rent a unit here because I saw they had such good reviews. 10/10
